Nice fan and light, easy to install, even comes with junction box. Doesn't move enough air for a 50 square foot bath room. Mirrors and stuff still steamed after install, like before. Have it on a smart switch to run 35 min to move out moisture. 120 cfm should have been plenty. Update the vent door can get stuck on the vent hose. Removed the door and works pretty well. i purchased 2 of these to replace the vents in my bathrooms. these do the job. do not have any moisture on the bathroom walls after installing them.. the light in the fixture is LED and will last awhile. I had to hire someone to install them but am very pleased. would recommend.

Nice exhaust/light combo unit. Easy to install and it is quiet for 120 CFM, normally it would be super loud but not this one. 120 CFM is fast and more powerful than your average ones at local shops. Only upside to this is it’s easy to install and the light works well. I had it installed lasted from Feb 18- March 23rd it still turns on and the fan still runs but does not suck one bit of steam toilet paper nothing. I replaced the duct work to ensure there was no clogs and no soft ducts and that was good. I installed my old one cause I forgot to toss it out and that one worked as bad as it used to. But I never expected a new one to go down the crapper so quick. DO NOT waste your Money ... show more
