Putting it together took my son and I about 12 hours total. It it completely water tight. I reinforced it inside by adding 2 x 4 around because the walls are not sturdy enough to hold lateral weight. I had to put silicone on some of the upper parts of the roof. It was leaking, water was getting in between some of the joints. The other one that I bought, a little smaller, was perfect. It doesn't leak at all. But the joints on the roof are different. The specialist who installed this one already mentioned that the joint between the two sides was not done well. It's better to install it under shade...THE PLASTIC GETS VERY HOT IF THE SUN SHINES FULLY ON IT. ... show more
