As the temps dip into the 40s and 50s (Fahrenheit), this heater sits on the floor nearby and keeps me warm at a VERY reasonable operating cost. Kept my tent comfortably warm on a night in the teens. I did have ventilation set up to allow fresh air to come in so the auto shutdown didn’t kick in even after 4 hours of operation. Easy to use. Does the job Only complaint is that there's no way to control temperature but that's not a big deal. Had to turn the heater off because the tent was too hot at times. That's honestly nothing to complain about. Would suggest this heater and purchase it again.

Easy to light and portable. The heater has great output. I'm using it in a 3-4person ice shelter and find that the heat output is excessive, requiring frequent start-ups and shutdowns. A variable heat ouput feature would be great.

We bought one of these over a year ago for hunting in the winter in the blinds and now we are at four - three for our family and one sent as a gift! What a great low space option to stay warm. Only complaint is the base is a little unstable so it can fall over.
