Perfect vent insert. It’s easily adjustable and fits different sized hoses. I needed a window vent for my multiple lasers and this was perfect. The hoses on my lasers actually have all 3 sizes this fits, so I just clamped the adapters to the respective hoses and can quickly swap them out into the main panel. The quick and easy size adjustment allows me to move between the different windows very easily with the turn of a screw. If I had to come up with something negative, I’d say it could be a bit wider. The 8” adapter is close to being edge to edge and makes it difficult to get a snug fit into the window frame edges. I just slip a piece of foam insulation in first to give it more space and better seal, so not a huge problem at all. I’m not going to take away just for that, but if by chance the manufacturer reads this… make it just a bit wider so there’s more relief on the sides and it’ll be perfect.

I build plastic model kits and use an airbrush to do much of the painting, which I do using a desktop paint booth which has a fan to expel the spray from the painting out of a window. The booth did not come with anything else to dispel the paint spray out a window, so I bought this and it works perfectly. It doesn't come with the vent hose, however, but I purchased that separately from Amazon which together with the vent kit, my paint spray booth is now working perfectly to save me from breathing in the paint spray.

Arrived in good condition, HOWEVER was missing the four bolts and wingnuts. Tried contacting Vivosun, but they pulled a Mars Hydro and told me they couldn't do anything about it and to contact Amazon instead. Amazon wanted me to return it, which i cannot do, due to not being able to afford sending it back for a refund. I don't even want a refund, I literally just want the four missing bolts and wingnuts that were supposed to be in the box, but weren't. So, just like with Mars Hydro, they provide ZERO product support. I will NEVER be buying another Vivosun brand product again and I will also be throwing away anything I have that is Vivosun branded, into dumpster. Beyond bad product support. Looks like AC Infinity is gonna be getting ALOT more money from me, from now on. Only AC Infinity seems to actually support their products and have really good customer service. Vivosun is basically like Mars Hydro tho where customer service and product support is nothing more than a joke. I literally got ripped off buying this window vent kit. Didn't even come with the bolts and wingnuts to install it with. Do NOT buy. You will just be ripped off due to missing bolts and wingnuts, so you won't even be able to install it.

What can go wrong with manual of such a simple device? everything. the manual is rubbish. and since i am not a home builder, i have no clue what the weird half tape is for. And the manual just shows a weird dash lines. it is full of icons that have nothing to do with the steps. The item itself doesnt fit my window, it is right too big for two panels, and too small for just one and the slider behind. Would not buy again.
