I am super impressed with these! The blue set is very nice looking. I am pretty amazed at the non toxic, non stick abilities these have. USING NO OIL AT ALL- food literally just slides around on these. And I can also cook things at half the temp. I've always used older cook wear (prob full of PTF-whatever's ) and a few years ago I bought a stainless steel set and was really not that impressed. But these have really wowed me and for the price you just can't beat it! There is one TEENY sauté pan, that I gave to my toddler to play with because it's that small. Not sure what the useage would be, or who has a burner that size, but even with that in mind this is still an amazing set for the price! Will definitely expand my collection. ... show more

So far, so good! I've had these for several months after replacing my Rachel Ray pots and pans. The color is a pretty sky blue/turquoise color though they have stained a bit from cooking. They aren't totally non-stick. My eggs stick and so do other things, but they do clean up very easily. I have not seen any chips in the porcelain and I have not had any melting/burning problems. I do wish the set came with three pots and two pans instead of two pots and four pans. I've never used four pans in my life, but I have used lots of pots. I didn't use the utensils that came with the set because I had purchased other ones. The included utensils did seem kind of cheap. ... show more

I bought these pans 5 months ago and I love them. I was worried after reading some of the bad reviews but most of the reviewers that did not like these pans had either gas cook tops or smooth electric cook tops. I have a regular electric cook top and I have not had any chipping, scratching, burning or scorching. The pans work great and are still in good condition after 5 months of almost daily use. I do hand wash them and have never put them in the dishwasher. If you have a gas cook top or an electric smooth top then these are probably not the pans for you but they work great with a regular electric cook top and I would definitely buy them again. ... show more

Had for about year and half ish and every handle is loose and the bolt WILL NOT TIGHTEN. No pleased or impressed. They clean up very easy and cook food very well but bolts and handles suck

Exactly like the picture! I would caution this is CERAMIC wear. You will need season these pans similar to cast iron. I took my pans and my stock/soup pan and coated with oil on top of the stove and waited to see it bubble then spread the oil over any spots that didn't bubble. Finally after cooling, I wiped clean with a soft towel. I do not use a scrubber at all to clean these - just a soft sponge and warm water. So I bought these 2 years ago to replace a cheap, off-brand ceramic set I bought during college. The cheap set was 5 years old at the time I bought the Farberware set, so I was expecting Farberware to last at least comparably as long. At first, the Farberware set worked great. But after the first 6 months, the Farberware set was no longer nonstick at all. Everything stuck to it, and it was sudden. Like after the 6-month mark, all of a sudden, they just didn't work anymore. I was extremely unhappy with the purchase, but I stubbornly refused to start looking for another set because we couldn't really afford to replace the set after only 6 months. So for the last year and a half, I've been dealing with my sticky ceramic pans set, the worst set I've ever used. However, once they hit the 2-year mark, there was no more "dealing with it." Food can't even be scraped off the bottom of the pans. Basic scrambled eggs or grilled cheese or pancakes do NOT come off the bottom. I've had to throw away EVERY skillet that came in this set because there is no way to get the food off of them and truly get them clean anymore. Also, even before the pans stopped being nonstick, the heat distribution wasn't great. The food has to be directly in the center of the pan, or it doesn't cook properly. If you're looking to invest in a set of pots and pans that will last more than a year, you might want to keep looking. ... show more
