This set is awesome! it came with everything you need to get started with loom knitting. Mine did have a small issue with a peg falling out during shipping, however, I popped it back in and haven't had an issue since. I have not tried the pom pom makers, so I cannot speak on that. What you get for the price is totally worth it in my opinion. If you want to try out this hobby without investing too heavily financially, buy this kit. if you stick with it long term, you should upgrade to an ergonomic hook though. save your poor hands. I have been using this set almost daily since buying and it has held up great. Remember that this is a large gauge set, so you will have to use larger yarn sizes to get the right look when knitting. easy to use. Functions better than expected for the price point.     • Good Products, Useless Directions
The looms and pom-pom makers are sturdy and easy to use. The directions, however, are useless. So I suggest you watch the video and look at the how-to photos. The hardest part for me was figuring out that the edges of the pom-pom makers need to be pulled out sideways.

I did not receive 2 pieces that were supposed to come in this kit: 2nd hook & 2nd yarn needle. I wrote to the seller. No reply. I didn’t want to return the order or get a refund. I just wanted them to ship the missing parts. Also, the instruction sheets that come inside are TERRIBLE!!! So if you are new to using these kind of tools, you will have to seek out guidance on YouTube or through other means. The images are TERRIBLE and the wrong instructions are Chinese translated to English, but not by an English-speaker. The kit idea is great. It’s nice to have options. The price was nice, but beware if your are a novice. There will be more work to be able to use this and you may not get all the components. ... show more

This is my first time crocheting anything, and I was able to successfully crochet a blanket and I am very proud of myself. I purchased cheap yarn in the picture below, but the point is I was able to watch one video from YouTube, and successfully make a blanket. now I will start on my family blanket.
