This set is awesome! it came with everything you need to get started with loom knitting. Mine did have a small issue with a peg falling out during shipping, however, I popped it back in and haven't had an issue since. I have not tried the pom pom makers, so I cannot speak on that. What you get for the price is totally worth it in my opinion. If you want to try out this hobby without investing too heavily financially, buy this kit. if you stick with it long term, you should upgrade to an ergonomic hook though. save your poor hands. I have been using this set almost daily since buying and it has held up great. With FIVE round loom sizes, FOUR pom-pom maker sizes, and TWO rectangular looms this knitting loom kit has everything you need and more! It also comes with TWO hooks and TWO plastic needles! So really the only other thing you need is a pair of scissors and yarn! I recommend using the green round loom for baby hats and the pink loom for kids hats. I wanted this product for the round looms but I am VERY excited to see what I can make with the rectangular looms. The looms are VERY strong and durable. They are also very easy to use and make beautiful knit hats. If you are looking for a lower priced starter knit loom kit this is the one to get!! ... show more

I absolutely love these looms I got somethingout two weeks earlier at Walmart for the same price and got so much less They are good quality My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the tools that come with it are very sharp I prefer a duller tip.

    • Good Products, Useless Directions
The looms and pom-pom makers are sturdy and easy to use. The directions, however, are useless. So I suggest you watch the video and look at the how-to photos. The hardest part for me was figuring out that the edges of the pom-pom makers need to be pulled out sideways.

So far seems like good quality. I’ve made a few hats at different sizes. It is super helpful and keeping count for me. And keeping my loops the same size. I do wish however it came with a video instructions or something. I had to get on YouTube to figure out some of the pieces and how they work. Shipping was fine quality seems good. I don’t know how I feel about this. The directions are not very good. I couldn’t figure out how to use it my daughter has used looms before, but she couldn’t figure it out either. It looks good. It seems to be made of quality pretty colors, but the directions are lacking. If you’ve never done it, I wouldn’t buy this one because even looking at the directions and online I never could figure it out. It’s supposed to be fun, but it was frustrating. ... show more

I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter. I love that you do not need to assemble it, I mean you do not have to insert the pegs into the looms as is needed with many other sets similar. I like the various sizes and the ovals also. Lots of pom pom makers and other helpful items. I myself have a similar set, but this one is much better. Seems very sturdy and durable.
