If you're thinking about it, do it! This sauna is perfect for at home use, looks great, and functions even better. We put ours in the home gym and it as already seen a lot of use in a week. Assembly was very fast and easy taking less than 30 minutes from box to ready to go. Heats up to 140 degrees in less than 15 minutes and uses a standard 120 volt outlet. The bluetooth is a nice touch for listening to music, podcasts or watching a tv show. The health benefifits of far infrared is well documented and well worth the investment.

After wishing for a sauna for years and being intimidated by price and complicated installation, I am so glad to have found this one. The compact size fits well in our small home, it plugs into a regular 110v outlet, the construction is excellent— very sturdy and well-designed, and the wood is smooth and finished nicely on the outside. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble alone with no tools needed, and was delivered two weeks earlier than estimated, packaged very carefully with no damage. Just used it for the first time and it heats to 140 in about 15-20 minutes, and I was pouring sweat at the end of my session. The light color temperature is a bit cool for my liking so I will probably rely on the ample natural light that comes in from two sides. Get a backrest to keep your back away from the heat panels. I rarely write reviews but am so happy with this sauna.

My mini sauna arrived 2 days ahead of schedule in 2 boxes by fed x … each box was brought down my driveway by one guy with a hand truck. I asked him to leave them on my sidewalk…I unboxed outside and took each panel into the house. They were delivered at 1:00 pm, by 2:30, I was sitting in my new sauna at 140 F. Super easy to put together and it gets hot really fast…20 minutes. This carbon fiber sauna is so much better than a ceramic heater sauna I had 10 years ago. I’m 5’3 and fit in it nice and cozy! Husband is 5’11…he can get in, but not much room to move. It’s only 800 watts, and because it’s so small, it heats up really fast and doesn’t use as much electricity as compared to much higher wattage saunas. I was totally drenched after 20 minutes, I sit on towel and feet on small towel. One great unique feature of this sauna is the carbon heater that is in front of you ….. so all of you gets exposed without any need to turn or shift. I added one near infrared red light (chicken light) to get more infrared spectrum…I had a flat extension cord that fit under the glass door, so I didn’t have to drill any holes, and clamped the chicken light to little ledge by the door. Love this sauna, efficient in all ways, seems well built, and amazing cost value.

A little smaller than I had expected, as if it was designed for the Asian population. Regardless of the size, it's fine for both the wife and I. ( I'm 5'10" and she's 5'7" ) We can get in and out just fine. We are LOVING this system so far. Takes a little while to get to 140 degrees, but that's more or less expected with the area it has to heat. 2 people CANNOT fit in the sauna at once, so don't try it. I would also purchase the Sauna Wooden Backrest. If you don't, you're going to be sorry because the infra red heaters behind you're back will get you at one time or another. Leaves a red line across the lower back. Pros: Customer support responds quite quickly Super easy setup. I did it myself in 45 minutes. Made of a rather decent quality wood that will last. The Bluetooth is great. Makes the time go by faster. Heats up to 140 within 15 minutes or less. We set a 30 minute countdown timer the moment that we can feel a bead. By the time you get to the end of the timer, you are LITERALLY POURING in sweat. Cons: If you are over 6 ft, this unit might not be for you. Does not come standard with the --> Sauna Wooden Backrest <-- This is CRUCIAL to have. PERIOD....
