This sauna is made with high-quality hemlock wood materials and it has features unlike other saunas we've owned. It is incredibly well made and extremely strong and study. It’s going to last for many years. It has two speakers, Bluetooth capabilities, a programmable timer and a USB port! It’s compact and made for 1 person to use at a time. The seat is comfortable. It was easy to assemble. The instructions were very well written and walked us thought the complete install step by step. Everything we needed came with. It will take 2 people to put together but only due to the size. I really appreciate the health benefits such as boosting my metabolism, allowing me to detox my body with sweating. This helps me immensely especially when I feel like I might be catching a cold or flu. After using I sleep so much better, much deeper and I feel so much more relaxed going to sleep. We can highly recommend this model for an affordable home option, great health benefits at home rather than a gym or salon, ease of assembly, and strong sturdy construction.

Since this was not a trivial or inexpensive purchase, I researched this product thoroughly. Based on reviews and what I was able to fit on my deck in terms of product size, I bought this one hoping it would work. I am so glad I did--it is so great! First, it was surprisingly easy to assemble as the instructions were very straightforward. The sauna arrived in 3 different boxes on separate days, so it took us a while to start the assembly. My husband needed help only once and it was to hold the door while he finished assembling it. Each piece fit together with ease and once plugged in to a regular 110 household outlet it turned right on. It fit perfectly in the spot I had imagined for it. The controls are simple to understand. The sauna takes about 20 minutes to heat up fully, to the max of 140 degrees. The cedar smell on the inside is fantastic. Because I like to read while I am in the sauna, one of my concerns was that the light but surprisingly the light feature was great. If you are looking for one, strongly consider this one!

Misleading advertisement & poor quality. Ad claims people up to 6'3" can use sauna and have a picture of young lady using sauna. That lady is either 4 feet tall or the person's image was photoshopped into the picture. I'm 5'4" and have to contort myself just to get in and out of sauna. Ad claims an 18 minute warm-up period with a maximum temperature of 149 degrees F. After an hour of pre-heating, the sauna only heats up to about 139 degrees F. The sauna arrived in four separate boxes. Most of the packing straps around the outside of the boxes were missing on two boxes. Assembly was difficult - nearly all of the interlocking "clips" had to be loosened (were countersunk too deep to engage with one another) to get them to lock together. Instructions state to secure roof panel, but doesn't include any hardware to do so or list how to do it. Also, roof panel hits back of light fixture pushing it down into sauna space by nearly a half inch.

About 65% satisfied. First the 3 boxes arrived at all different dates, not on the majer for that on the delivery service. Loved the no tool assemble, minus the minor accessories. The wood materials used to make it seem cheap and cracked easy, so gotta be careful not to force it to much. Would have been probably a 30 minute assemble but one of the brackets on the right wall was put on upside so I had to flip it around, took me about 20 minutes to figure that out. Once fixed everything just slid together. Once put together the sauna heated up to 143 degrees, which is great,but not what was stated in the description. All the heating pads worked with the exception of the floor, which i dont need. The speaker system only had one working speaker. The glass door closes, but there is a draft coming from the hinge side. Also the door is extremely small larger people will not be able to use it. With minor upgrades this could be a awesome sauna. Putting angle bracket on the corners to secure it better, a slide on rubber seal around the glass door, and better instructions on which plugs plug into where, I had them plugged in wrong at first once fixed worked just fine.

This is a great little sauna. Not perfect, but really awesome. I bought this sauna after my girlfriend booked an appointment for me at a local salon for an infrared sauna. A little back round, I contracted COVID in January of 2021. I am one of the people that suffered from the condition known as Long Covid. One of the lingering symptoms I have is major nerve and muscle pain throughout my body. It is much worse in the winter when the temperature drops. There were times I could barely move and couldn't even get out of bed. Other days I couldn't even rotate my shoulders to drive a car. Taking a shower was a painful experience. Every drop of water hitting my body felt like a BB hitting my body for the first 2-3 minutes, until my body got warmer and it began to relax. I heard of a study over the summer where other patients experiencing similar symptoms were exposed to direct sunlight for 6 hours a day, and their recovery was remarkable. I spent as many hours in the direct sunlight as possible this summer and I definitely felt a major improvement. However as the fall and winter months approached the days got shorter. I didn't have as much sunlight. Then the temperatures started dropping and the nerve and muscle pain began revealing it's ugly head more often once again. That is when my girlfriend booked the appointment for me at the salon. I had been dealing with this nerve and muscle pain for 4 1/2 years at this point. I've been to Dr's, specialist, massage therapist, chiropractors, heating pads, lidocaine, patches, TENS units, shower massages, you name it. Everything provided minor, short term relief. But nothing REALLY helped. On a scale of 1-10, my BEST days were a pain level of 3-4. I honestly wasn't expecting much different from the infrared sauna. HOWEVER.... Within 5 minutes of my sitting in the sauna at the salon, my body began to totally relax. I literally felt 1000 little cracks throughout my shoulders, back, hips, neck everywhere. After my 30 minute session I felt really pretty good. I actually felt a bit better than I expected. I figured within a few hours the effects would begin to wear off. I was wrong. The next morning when I got out of bed, I literally was in tears. It was the first time in 4 1/2 years that I could honestly say I was pain FREE. I had full range of motion in my hips, my back, my neck, arms, everywhere. I honestly couldn't believe how good I was feeling. I knew it wasn't a cure, but more of a treatment plan to be able to live a pain free life again. The salon wasn't cheap, and it would be about $200 a month to go once a week. So I researched a bit and ordered this home unit. I live in a small apartment, and I use the 2nd bedroom at my home gym. This sauna was small enough for it to squeeze into a corner and make it fit. It's fairly easy and strait forward to assemble. It's a bit smaller than I expected. Even though the measurements are correct, actually sitting inside the sauna provides a different perspective. I'm 5'7 and weigh 170 pounds. I fit comfortably enough, once inside. Getting in and out through the small door is a bit challenging. However I can't imagine anyone much larger than myself finding it very comfortable. I heats up fairly quickly, in about 20 minutes. The FAR infrared definitely penetrates and relaxes my muscles and relieves the pain. Does this unit do as well as the $9400 unit at the salon? No. This unit does not have "full spectrum" infrared or the "chromotherapy lighting". Those light ranges are designed to help with circulation, joint recovery. and skin more than the deep penetrating muscle relaxation the FAR infrared is focused on. Full spectrum sauna's are bit more expensive. That being said, I' still getting 90% or more of the relief I was getting from the salon at 10% of the price of their unit. I'm guessing the remaining relief from the salon was mainly due to the full spectrum lighting they have in their sauna. None the less this sauna is a great value. The speakers are pretty decent. Despite it's small size, the glass door and large glass window make it feel like you're not trapped in a small space. The seat is a bit shallow and the panels do have some hot spots. One such hot spot is on the back panel. This makes it uncomfortable to sit with your back directly against the back panel. But when scooting forward a bit to give some space between my back and the hot spot on the panel, the shallow seat becomes an issue. It's not really comfortable and the seat wants to tip forward. I've ordered a 'S" curved back rest. We'll see if that solves the issue. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. It's doing the job. I does take a bit of electricity to operate for an hour. I have a solar generator that I use to run it and it handles it just fine. Using it daily would add about $45 a month to my electric bill. It fits in my current GYM, with it's small footprint. However when I get a larger place, I'll likely upgrade to a larger full spectrum unit.

I recently purchased this infrared sauna and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance and quality. From the moment I unboxed it, the attention to detail was evident. The sauna’s core features are very well designed right down to liftable sections such as the ground plate which allows for ease of cleaning. The materials feel premium and the build quality is top notch. Every function works exactly as described in the product listing and I found the setup process to be straightforward and user friendly. I should note; due to the weight of some of the sauna pieces, two people were required for some of the set up. The included instructions were clear, making it easy to get started right away. This sauna fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I especially appreciate how intuitive it is to operate, even for someone who isn’t particularly tech savvy.
