I was hesitant to spend the money on this sauna because I had only ever had an inexpensive portable sauna and it didn’t do that much for me. But I bit the bullet and bought this one and I’m really glad I did. I’ve had health issues for several years and it keeps me from being physically active and so for years I’ve been gaining weight, having more issues, and a high level of toxicity and inflammation in my body and stress. After receiving the sauna I read through all the instructions and material supplied and then started putting it together. I love that it’s not huge so it didn’t take up a lot of space in my basement garage stress. It was quite easy to assemble, and I think the quality of the materials is very good for this price range. It was easy to get it to a comfortable heat level and so far is functioning really well. I’ve only been using it a few days so far, but I really feel relaxed when I’m done with a session. My husband loves it too, so it will be getting a lot of use. I’m hoping with the red light therapy and the heat and detoxing I will start feeling much better.

i’ve been useful for one week and let me tell you something ,This is a great little sauna. It’s compact and fits well in any space. The inside is very nice for one person. Heats up in minutes to 140°F and is great for a good sweet. The infrared heating is very nice and you can easily sit in for 40 plus minutes. The assembly was very easy. %100 recommendations

I bought this sauna room and used it for a while. Only after I figured out all its functions on my own did I write this review. To be honest, I didn't have a smooth time when I first received this sauna room. Due to the delivery, one of the wooden boards was slightly cracked. I immediately got in touch with the seller. The seller responded quickly and resended the damaged part to me after receiving the photos I provided. And sincerely apologize to me. It's very easy to assemble! It was my first time to come into contact with a sauna room. It took some time to assemble. I carried one thing from the living room to the bathroom at a time. The glass door is of very good quality, so I put in a lot of effort. But I still succeeded. Once I put them all in the bathroom, the assembly will be very quick. I couldn't quite understand the assembly instructions included, but I watched the installation video in the link, so I know what to do. I originally thought the top would be hard to fix because there were electronic devices on it, but it's very light and easy to fix, and it's fixed very well. The plug is behind the top, and the wall plug will be on the left side, but it has a long cable, so it's not troublesome at all. The comment is not lying. The sauna heats up quickly and maintains heat. Canadian hemlock has a special fragrance. The music listening effect of the Bluetooth speaker is not as good as that of our home cinema, but it's already good enough, especially when listening to my favorite novels. My feet are quite sensitive. I need to cover the floor heating panel with a towel - it's too hot. This single-person sauna has enough space for me, but I think it's more suitable for tall people.

After getting it set up, it was very easy to figure out and use. The functionality of it works exactly as I expected and it has been very enjoyable to use. The size is great, the heat levels do well, and I like the variability in the settings. Overall it was worth the money and glad I bought it.

The media could not be loaded. Great addition to my house was easy to build at attaché assembly. Has small yet simple addons like vent up manually to open close , radio built in with preset save so much fun to listen to radio no problem phone but also has Bluetooth with very loud and adjustable speakers. Has temp sensor and oxygen. Place is not too small or makes u feel cramped inside i am 5,6.i placed it outside next to my pool outdoor will need to buy a cover to protect it and maybe a platform to protect it if it rains. Very functional and solid compared to inflatable or flimsy ones design is simple modern

I was an athlete but got injured after a bad workout. I’ve been using an infrared sauna at a local rehab center to help with my pain , but it’s not easy to get there. I ended up buying this home sauna. It’s well built and took two people less than half an hour to put together. It does require two adults and an occasional third pair of hands due to the size and weight. Luckily , we were able to get it set up pretty quickly with their instructions and a video introduction to the infrared sauna. Once assembled , it heats up pretty quickly and I was sweating in less than ten minutes. I saw it took about 45 minutes to get to 140 degrees , I really like the Bluetooth connection and being able to listen to my favorite music while I staying in there. It also has a heating pad under the feet that’s perfect temperature for me and I can get a lot of relief from the pain in my feet and leg. This infrared sauna looks great and fits in the living room just fine for our small home. Especially in New York. I didn’t need any special electrical upgrades.
