The arms are not well built. They are loose fitting and move. Nice chair, but I am disabled and the arms of chair moving my arms slip. Would be better if you could bolt the arms to chair itself. Comfortable to use, but can feel wires underneath you.

my knees have gotten so bad that getting up from the sofa was at times, no easy thing to do. This chair arrived at the best time. we are both somewhat disabled but we were able to put two of these chairs together without much problems. TIP: attach the two supporting feet before putting the whole thing together if you have issues getting down on the floor. Thank you for a good product that is affordable!

Purchased for 82 yr old family member with chronic hip pain and sciatica. Had free delivery on chair in 2 boxes. Easy to assemble with 2 strong people to lift boxes in and assemble. Soft fabric, reclines back and upright to standing position, comfortable, soft fabric, massage and heater, side pockets hold remotes or other important items needed close by. Person using has marked improvement in mobility and improvement in pain level after using chair two weeks. 4 rating as the fabric is not super high quality. It’s nice, soft and comfortable, but for price , understandable.

The media could not be loaded. At first I thought it was an answer to my prayer. About 3 weeks of use, I realized that it has not enough padding in the armrests or the footrest. No padding underneath the arm rests. The wood frame cuts int your legs. The metal massaging mechanisms press into your legs and ankles because there’s no padding over them. (I have other furniture that massages and I can feel the massage but NOT the mechanism) Additionally, the cord for the control is too short to reach up to use. You have to turn awkwardly to reach/use it. I was still in the return window and call. The CSR sent a message to the seller and said if I didn’t hear back within 48 hours I would get a refund. The seller got back to me in a few hours!!! (As I’m writing this, I’m thinking that maybe it was the CSR and not the company) The resolution from this seller was 2 options. I could keep it and throw it away OR I COULD RETURN IT AT MY EXPENSE EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE POLICY OF THE COMPANY TO PAY FOR THE RETURNS, BUT IF I PAID FOR THE RETURN THEY WOULD SEND ME $20!!! Nothing about a replacement and a refund was off the table. Now you have the facts PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! Wishing someone would have warned me. Now I’m out over $500 and still have to replace it
