Installed this fan on our covered porch. Installing it was easy. Hardware was included along with instructions. The remote is easy to use and works for all corners of our porch. It isn’t super loud, comparable to any fan of this size. It has god stability so far but we have not really used it on high much to see if it will develop a shake.
