Works great for our German Shepherd hair that seems to just multiply with every step she takes. Great suction! Easy to clean. Holds a lot before needing to empty. My only complaint is the filter is a little hard to put back in the hole, but that could just be me trying to hurry. Can move it easily to other areas. So I purchased the ‘used like new’ with details stating packaging damage. Got the product and it was broken. Like inner pieces cracked off (nothing to do with packaging). Reached out to eyevacs and they said the one I bought was out of the one year warranty based off the lot number, but after showing a verification picture (specifically instructed how to take said photo) they sent me an entire new unit at no cost. The new unit works amazing. It is loud for a vacuum (think large shop-vac loud) but it is strong and cleans off the broom bristles no problem. It doesn’t take larger particles well (paper/cardboard my dog has ripped up) but the fur vanishes instantly. I would definitely buy it for friends/family. There is a proximity sensor (if you have it on that mode) and it scared the bajeezez out of my cat, but I’m terrible and found it hilarious. You can have it on manual mode to avoid pets seeing it off when they walk too close (you tap a button on the front and it runs for like 10 seconds or something- didn’t time it). ... show more

I was very excited to get this to help with managing my husky's non-stop shedding. I love how I can use a broom, or even my foot to move hair to the sensor. The only down side is this is loud. It went off as our roomba went near it and scared our dog so bad that she jumped over the couch and hauled to the other room, pretty funny, but in the middle of watching a movie it made us all jump. ... show more

I love this vac.!!!! It works better than I imagined!! I have cats and kids tracking in messes. I use a rubber broom ( which gets everything) and sweep it right into the vacuum! Love the way it saves me time!! And helps keep my home clean!!!

This was a whim purchase. Did I really need it? Turns out I did. With 3 dogs, there's a lot of fur collection on my floors. This is saving wear and tear on my expensive vacuum and is faster than dragging out the vacuum. I sweep the floor up to the Vaccum Automatic Dustpan and it automatically sucks it all up...FAST. I also press the tip of the broom into it (just a bit) and it cleans the broom ends. That is an unpublished bonus. I hate using my fingers to pull off the dog hair off the broom.
