My daughter was suffering from migraines and we got her this as recommended by a fellow migraine sufferer. This has helped her tremendously. It fits her head very well and gives her a “comfortable snug” feeling. The light pressure is soothing when I tried it as well. Even when this is not frozen or refrigerated it feels cool on the skin and when cooled it stays cold for at least an hour, the longest we have both worn it for. I use it for stress relief and to reduce sinus pressure or eye pain after a long day of driving home during blinding sunsets. On a pain relief scale we give it a 10/10. It is a great value for the money as it has brought us all a great deal of comfort. It effectively blocks out light which aids in most migraine relief. It stays cool and provides a cooling sensation and just the right amount of pressure to reduce headaches, eye strain, sinus pressure, and forehead pain and fatigue. We love this thing. By far the best pain relief item we have purchased in a long time. We both notice a reduction of swelling in our sinuses and this also relaxes and depuffs our eyes. I would recommend keeping it in the refrigerator for just the right amount of cooling relief.

This miagraine relief cap has been a game changer. Stays in place, cold and durable! Was extremely helpful during my IVF treatment where headaches were quite frequent. The cold lasted about 20ish minutes so I didn’t buy two to cold swap. Great value for money.

Best thing I could have ever possibly gotten myself. The ice cap is so cooling and nice, it’s so nice to put it over my eyes. I’m small but the fit is great around my head, no leakage as of now. My only complaint is that I just wish it would stay cooler for longer. Does it completely dissolve pain relief? No but it does feel very nice and a good temporary fix.

Great for headaches and migraines!

As someone who frequently gets headaches, I'm always on the look out for relief. I decided to order this because usually I'll put a cool washcloth over my eyes to help with the pressure. This cap is GREAT. I almost returned it after the first use, because it is excruciatingly cold if you immediately take it out of the freezer and use it. Do not do that! The key is to wait 5-10 minutes after you take it out of the freezer before wearing it. You'll get enough coldness without it being painful. I really wish I had discovered this years ago. It is also good for puffy eyes. Highly recommend for headache sufferers like myself.
