What's done is done. Due to my ineptitude, a problem arose. I sent them a message and they quickly got back to me and helped me out. That's why I gave them a 5 star rating. And after the problem was solved, it was smooth to use and this DTF printer has done a lot for me!

Whether you are a novice or a business owner, this printer is a must for making t-shirts, his printing speed really helps me save a lot of time, I like his high efficiency, and the colors printed are very vivid, and the original picture can be said that there is no color difference I will recommend that my friends also go to buy!

This printer was very easy to set up, and once connected, went to my laptop to print. I was able to operate it easily, but the easiest way is to connect it through the EXPLUX plug cable and just use it once the driver is installed , so it's highly recommended to go by their instructions, overall I'm giving this printer 5 stars because it doesn't bother me to use it, but I know that's a problem for some people. The print quality seems very good and there was a free EXPLUX ink promotion at the time of purchase which made it a great deal for me. The noise level is not too loud and is average for a DTF printer. It takes a few minutes to start up, but after about 3 minutes it prints fine with my connection effortlessly, definitely recommend this printer!
