The media could not be loaded. I have only been playing with it for a few days and am really happy with the results. Their support team was very proactive and reached out on WhatsApp app as soon as the printer was delivered. Simple to set up, and really comes with everything you need to start immediately. The instructions are detailed, which I appreciated. I did have a issue with initial connectivity from my desktop to the printer, but their after sales team was PHENOMINAL in helping. They remoted into my desktop and took care of it all for me, couldn't have been easier! Very pleased with customer service thus far.
