    • This thing needs a real owner's manual
The machine is fine. It looks good and operates well. But figuring out how to make everything work in terms of adjusting the settings, resistance, etc. is a nightmare. The owner's manual is 95% assembly about about two vague pages on use. I am still trying to figure out aspects of the control panel after three days. They really need to create some sort of useful user guide. Edit: Okay, once I finally figured out how to get it to work, I have been happy with it. Had the day off so took my time putting it together with little difficulty then gave it a test drive and its pretty sturdy. I Iike that it's s compatible with the my fitness app so I can track my progress via bluetooth. Its not too bulky and small enough i can move it to another room when not in use. Between covid and working from home gained a few pounds and since I have a bad knee this is the perfect workout for me and especially not having to worry about the weather outside. Lots of workout levels to chose from but until I figure it out, I'll just wing it. ... show more

Works great - very quiet, smooth. Not super clear instructions, took couple hours with two people to assemble. Only disappointment is the My Cloud, you have to pay, there are no free options, and there are no elliptical training work outs. (not worth paying for with no options) The machine has pre-programmed, workouts. They are good, challenging. I would buy again. Heart rate is delayed, so that could be improved with a chest strap option. I like the small foot print, easy to move. ... show more

I am 260 lbs and this elliptical feels very sturdy. This is a good at home replacement to the gym ellipticals. Assembly is not hard but does take an hour or so. Can be done with 1 person if you are handle. Very quiet in use.

    • Malfunctioning pieces
Got the product and started putting together. Only to realize that the bolts for the legs doesn't fit and I've thrown the box away to repack. I'm just sick at this point because I can't fix the machine due to the tools being wrong.
