The bike itself is easy to use and comfortable. The pedals have straps and clips that feel secure and make it easy to keep a nice speed. The resistance adjustment is near at hand and has enough range that the bike can get quite strenuous or it can be leisurely enough for a warmup. The LED panel is large and easy to read and the phone holder fits my phone. I haven't tried the app that's included yet because I'm just using the bike to stay active and get my heart rate up. Assembly was pretty simple and didn't take long. All the tools you need are included, though I mostly used my own because my tool box was near at hand. Overall, I'd recommend this bike for the value and apparent quality. Amazon is suggesting I comment on the noise level, but I'm always listening to music. So, I'll just say it's quiet enough I can't hear it over my playlist.

Honestly, this bike has been a total game-changer for my home workouts. It feels incredibly sturdy and doesn't jolt or wobble at all when I'm riding, which makes sense given the 350 lb weight capacity. The best part is how quiet it is. I can cycle in the living room while watching TV and the belt-drive system is practically silent. It only took me about 20 minutes to put together with the included tools, and now I just pop my tablet in the holder, sync with Kinomap via Bluetooth, and I’m good to go. It was easy to set up, is really smooth and quiet while using. The seat is hard as a rock which makes it really uncomfortable to use and leaves your bottom feeling sore. I’ll get a seat cover for it with some padding to help. My phone also doesn’t fit into the phone slot, it doesn’t even fit in sideways sadly, it was made for smaller phones. Other than that it’s good.
