This little stationary bike is small, yet very durable. The box came swiftly and arrived in good shape. My adult son got on it and pedaled away and it held up nicely to him, yet my small frail little body fits it perfectly as well. I set it up all by myself in about 1 1/2 hours and many of the bolts were already in place making it easy to attach the seat, back, handlebars, and other moving parts. The instructions were easy to follow. The seat is sturdy, unlike the seat in my old stationary bike which was broken by my 200lb. mother just sitting on it. This one is much studier with a back rest and hand rests that are well worth the extra expense. It is very attractive and very quiet to ride, and the electronic panel that bolts onto the handlebars has a small holder that holds my book that I read each morning or a cell phone so that you can multitask. I am going to be unable to use my elliptical due to a surgery, so this little bike is perfect for cardiovascular workout, and it does get my heartrate up enough that my Fitbit can pick up on for a moderate workout. It also has a pulse receiver so you can use the bike to take your pulse as you ride. I have already been on it over 3 hours and have not even had it a week! ... show more

Really like this bike. I’ve been using it for a month now. My son put it together with no difficulty, took him about an hour. It’s quiet and comfortable. Is also very sturdy. The settings are easy to adjust. I’m 5’4 and 140lbs and it has a wide adjustment range to accommodate taller/heavier folks. The calorie/distance/heart rate monitor doesn’t quite match up with my Apple Watch (the bike shows a much higher calorie & heart rate count) and I tend to trust my watch rather than the bike monitor. I do wish that there was a wider/bigger space to hold a tablet or Kindle and a water bottle holder would be nice but those are very minor details to me. The resistance bands are a nice addition and I like having them. Overall I’m very satisfied with the bike. ... show more

This bike is truly surprising for the price. It’s sturdy, well made, and fairly easy to assemble. I am a relatively small person and the seat height adjusts to fit my leg length. The seat is comfortable. The rotor tension is adjustable. The screen shows how many miles (or km) I’ve ridden and can be reset each time it’s used but keeps on odometer for total miles ridden. It shows calories burned and heart rate, as well. I listen to a novel while riding, and, before I know it, I’ve ridden five miles. I follow it up with a short yoga session to loosen hip muscles. It’s a pretty perfect combination for me. I recommend this bike to anyone who is looking for a simple cycling workout, without the bells and whistles. I love this exercise bike! Arrived on time and packaged well. All parts were included and assembly took us about 1-1/2 hours, as most screws were already in place. Folds beautifully, as I use it in a small space. It isn't too heavy to move around and I can fold it up after use. Pedals are fine for me without using the straps. Easy on/off, too. Excellent value for the price! Sturdy, noise free, it gives me an excellent cardio workout when I'm not walking or swimming. Five-star recommendation. It's even good looking! AND it's easy on kneem! I had lost the assembly instructions and I was able to get a download to print. It was easy to assemble. It's a nice size. Not bulky. Very quiet and sturdy. I like the display ie time, calories, distance and pulse. According to the paperwork it says the distance is in kilometers. It would be nice if it would show mi/km or be able to select which setting (mi/km) a person would like. The seat adjustment is easy to set. ... show more

The bike is a smooth riding bike. I am satisfied with my purchase, for the price. It was easy to put together. My husband did it in less than an hour. It says it's for seniors, which is why I purchased it, but I don't think it is older adult friendly. It is difficult to get on. You have to step over a high bar to sit on it. It also says that it will hold 330 lbs. It may hold that in weight but you would never fit on the seat or between the handles bars on the seat. It is also difficult, as a senior, to attach the band to my leg for leg exercises. The seat is in the way. I do like the adjustable tension and the arm strengthening bands. ... show more
