The charger seems to works good so far and does what it says it will. The screen is nice to have and it’s nice that you can adjust the amps. My only complaints are that there is no way to mount it out of the box and you’ll need to buy a 3rd party mount or make one yourself if that’s what you are looking to do. The only other complaint is that the box says, “Level 2” and makes no mention of being a Level 1 / Level 2 charger (even though you can buy the plug adapter separately and use it as a level 1). Other level 1/2 chargers provide the adapter but this one does not.

The media could not be loaded. With a Tesla & non Tesla vehicle at home, was looking for a solution to charge both of them with the same charger - instead of multiple chargers and got hold of this. Having used it for around a month can say it's convenient to plug into Nema 14-50 charger port and have the vehicles alternatively charged. 25ft cable is quite long enough to reach both cars in the garage or driveway. The charger is versatile to support a wide range of input voltages from 110 to 240V and is useful when I travel and need to charge at different location. It has J1772 connector at the end that fits securely into my non-Tesla vehicle. For Tesla, I need to use the converter provided with the vehicle. It got added protection like auto cut-off due to high temperature, voltage fluctuations which adds additional peace of mind! The build and cable looks durable and heavy (not comfortable to carry all along :) ) but looks like this is how the charger is made of!

Customer service was able to resolve my issue and the charger works well. It’s able to charge the Chevy volt EV (gen 1) is like 3 hours. It’s much nicer than the OEM

This hunk of junk didnt even make it 3 months and when I reChed out to the manufacturer they offered me 50% off a new one or 50% of my money back. Yeah right! Went to Amazon's customer service and they gave me a full refund and took back the piece of c***

I'm using this charger with 220v. It has a different style plug than I have seen before, but I was able to order an adapter cable to fit my 220v plug and it works great. I have a 2020 Chevy Bolt and this charger works well. At 16 Amps, it's a bit slow but it will charge my car from 20% to 100% in about 12 hours, so for overnight charging it works just fine.

As more of our staff makes the switch to electric vehicles, we want to have a charger that would offer them the convenince of accessibilty while at work and this has worked out really well for us. Although we had to purchase an adapter and mount, the charger itself is very affordable and quite simple to use. It's a wonderful solution for travel as more and more of us head back to the office or an awesome portable charger to have when on the road.

The media could not be loaded. This 16Amp portable EV charger by Evjuicion, is a very respectable way to get a slower EV charger that’s not going to break the bank. With so many choices in the expanding world of EV chargers, is this a good one? Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Quality – The quality on this one is pretty good for the cost, but not even close to a top of the line version. I’d put it in the middle range of the quality scale, making me unsure if it’ll last for a good amount of time, but it definitely could. When you compare this to more expensive chargers, the lower quality is noticeable. II. Usability – It’s very easy to use, being a plug and play type option that allows multiple charging amp choices. You’ll need a 6-20 plug in order to use it, but they’re easy to install on a 20-amp breaker if needed. The main unit look very generic, but does offer a good amount of data for you to monitor if desired. It’s very easy to choose amperage and a timer to help control your cars needs for juice. The included bag is very cheap and could use some improvements, but it works if you want to bring it along. Keep in mind that a 16Amp charger is going to charge painfully slow, but it gets the job done, while saving you money. Overall, this is a very functional, budget friendly option for the 16A and under category. With there being so many choices in the emerging EV charger world, it really comes down to individual needs and desires. If you’re willing to spend the extra money, there are higher quality options that will essentially do the same thing, but look better doing it, and will probable last longer. Also, some offer 32-50A charging capabilities if your car can handle it, that will charge your car significantly faster. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it. If you’d find it helpful to see an up-close visual inspection of this product, I recommend you watch my included video in full screen or landscape. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, well it’s a video! You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. This is a pretty basic 15a charging solution. It's basically a wall plug attached to a J1772 connector. It's not going to charge your Tesla overnight, but if you've got a Leaf or Bolt, it will get the job done. It's got a handy little display that shows your current and total kWh charged stats, which is nice for keeping track of how much power you are using. It's got a delay feature that will let you charge later in the night, maybe when power is cheaper, so you don't have to stay up to start the charge, which is nice for cars that don't have that feature built-in. The connector itself is what you'd expect and fits in a J1772. The rest of the device is of average build quality. It's a good device to keep in the frunk for emergency charging when you're out in the middle of nowhere and have no other option except to use a standard wall plug. For the price, it's cheap insurance. I'm not sure I'd leave it out in the elements as your primary charger, as I imagine it would probably fail quickly after a few rain sessions, but who knows. I haven't tested that out! If you need a backup solution for an emergency, this is it. If you need a primary charger, you might want to look at something a bit more robust.
