This was my first time using a food sensitivity blood test, but after 20 years of IBS, being treated for SIBO, seeing GI doctors and having debilitating bloating stomach aches, I thought I would give this a go. Turns out the culprit is eggs which I’ve been eating every day for years! They’re also in lots of things so this will be a journey. I have omitted them a week now and I already noticed a difference. I’ll start omitting the other foods that were flagged but I started with eggs since they were extremely high. I gave it four stars rather than five because I had to redo the blood test since the instructions were not clear and the app didn’t accept my results. As an RN, I found the kit more difficult than it had to be. But Customer Service was friendly and responsive!

Packaged arrived on time. Instructions are very clear as how to perform the test. Received results in a few days. Accurate results, as it most definitely helped me with a food sensitivity.

I was very hesitant on buying this product becuase of all the negative reviews. Also becuase when I buy things on amazon my husband rolls his eyes at every thing that shows up at the door....but OMG i'm so glad I did! I've been with my husband going on 8 years now and he's always had unexplained severe stomach pains. At first I though he was lactos intolerant like I am..... convincing him to try lactaid milk with me. Nothing changed the stomach pains kept happeneing. He would tell me details about his bowl movements (i'll spare you the details) and would always tell me something wrong with his stomach. I felt helpless to help him. On a couple of occassions we took him to the doctor for blood in his stool. He came home with hemorid cream and a referal to a gasteroenteroligist. The gastroenterologist doctor suggested a colonoscopy. So my husband never went back lol. The stomach pains continued. He drives for work 12 hours a day and it's coivd right now so finding a bathroom is impossible for him. He will get this IMMEDIATE urge to go to the bathroom and has to go NOW or else it will happen then and there. Ive experienced this several time with him while we are out and about at stores. He will give me a panicked look and I know we have to find a bathroom NOW! So off to another gastroenterologist. This one suggested an elimination diet for gluten intolerance and I agreed. My husband did not agree. He's on the road driving and always picks up random foods to snack on so he said he didn't want to do it, it would be to diffuclt for him and his lifestyle. So for my poo husband the pains for him just kept coming... with no real answerss. Now he's suffering joint pains, migranes, sleep issued and severe stomach pains daily and I became desperate to help him. I found this pruduct online. I thought well if we dont get any answers we are out some money.... whatever both him and I are desperate. Husband wasn't happy when it showed up at the door and especially when i told him how much it cost lol. Then I told him I was gonna poke him with a needle (i'm a phlebotomist) and get his blood for the card and he said no. I talked him into it and I so glad I did! When the results came back we found he had average reactivity levels for lots of different foods.....except the milk allergy was high seemed a bit higher! At this moment I knew we had found it!!! I had never even known a milk allergy was a thing! Being lactose intollerant myself I always assumed that that is was it was, just lastose intolerance... but the stomach issuses continued. Drinking lastaid milk had never helped with his stomach aches! That very day I stocked up the house with almond milk becuase my lastose milk actually still has milk product he was reacting to in it! Sure enough he hasn't had stomach ache since!!!! I'm so happy we found out what it was. He was suffereing with this his whole life (he's 32 years) and we never knew. I'm so excited to find if this will help with other things I had read amount: migranes, joint pain, feeling less fatigue, weight gain (he cant gain ANY weight) sleeping problems and his ADHD. Beyond glad I got this for him and he is to!! Buy it! It could be the answer youve been looking for you whole life!

I have callused fingers so the 3 lanclets that they gave me did not work. Since there only one time use I had to go to the store and purchase one and ended up pricking myself over 10 times. I recommend if you have callused hands to be prepared to buy some more lanclets lol

Before taking this test, I have had crazy food reactions for almost 8 years straight. So 8 years ago, I had terrible reactions at nearly every meal, so I cut out dairy and gluten by process of elimination and saw some relief for all my stomach pain and headaches, but not a whole lot changed. I had switched to a mostly plant-based diet, exercised frequently, but I was massively bloated 6 nights a week on average for years. I constantly had bowel issues, nausea, and a whole list of other things. My skin texture felt horrible and I developed rosacea. I'd randomly breakout and get so gassy. At first, I thought it was autoimmune or some fertility-related issues, and I just wanted some relief, but then I thought I could still be allergic to something else. After not seeing any changes after switching to a 90/10 plant based diet (still so sick constantly) I went to go see a doctor. I couldn't afford to go to the allergy doctor (ENT), but when I heard of this test, I knew I had to do it. I received my results in a timely manner, and turns out that I have an egg intolerance -- what?! To make up for not having gluten or dairy for years, guess what I had nearly every day in some fashion (either stand-alone or mixed-in products) EGGS. How did I not think of this?! I had some other sensitivities as well (17/200) so I made the necessary adjustments. Because of these results, I have adjusted my diet to not include eggs or my other senisitivites. I've been egg-free for almost 3 months now and it is craaazy to see the difference. My skin is so much clearer with far less rosacea, I've lost nearly 10 pounds, I'm hardly ever bloated and rarely gassy. My stomach aches are nearly gone. I mean, how come I didn't just do this years ago!? I feeeeeeell so much better!! My energy is up too! My only note is that I didn't have a score on gluten. The test states that if you haven't had gluten in a really long time (like me, 8 years) then I might not have enough in my system to test. That, or I am totally good to go with gluten. I've been slowly reintroducing it with my soy sauce in my sushi, that's it for now. I might do a specific gluten one later. Also, pricking your finger didn't hurt at all. I took a shower before, then got up my heart rate for 3 minutes and pricked my finger. I actually bled a lot more than I thought, but in terms of pain, it was hardly noticable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you feel any type of physical discomfort and you think it is food-related. I wish I had done this years ago!

I didn’t have any known food issues, but was always a little curious about what I may not have known. This kit was easy to complete and had a quick turnaround after submitting. The report was easy to follow and gave me a couple things to pay attention to. My husband ordered one after we got my results back because he got curious too.
