Description

VAGKRI redefines home comfort with smart seasonal solutions. Tackle summer’s heat with energy-saving water-cooled fans and winter’s chill with sleek, safe heaters. Merging tech innovation and eco-design, our compact appliances deliver quiet efficiency year-round—because comfort shouldn’t compromise sustainability. – Super Energy Efficient: Using evaporative cooler is very cost-effective to cool your place without spending much money on electricity. Swamp coolers cost up to 50 percent less than air conditioners. – Adds Moisture The evaporative air cooler boosts the level of moisture inside your home. Therefore, if you live in a region that experiences dry climatic conditions, the cooler will come in handy. – Portable and Practical You can easily drag the cooler to indoor or outdoors, as it was designed to be moved around effortlessly. Can we get through the summer heat by using a solution that promises high-energy efficiency? A Evaporative Air Cooler is capable of delivering a high level of cooling power in a highly effective way. It also consumes less energy while delivering unmatched cooling power. Key Point: Evaporative Cooler is recommended to run in front of an open door or window for maximum cooling effect. (Enclosed spaces increase humidity) The timer is in whole hours, which allows you can set a time to auto-turn-off after whatever many hours. You can use it with or without water and it has three different speed settings, which offer you a variety of cooling levels and experiences. Automatic horizontal oscillation feature allows you adjust it for a 120° setting. The vertical flow can be also adjusted with its manual louvres. Customized oversized ice packs for maximum cooling effect and longer freezing time. (It should be frozen for at least 4 hours before use ) Its locking caster wheels allow you to easily move it into any room in the house, or the garage, patio or workshop. Carry handle for easy mobility and flexible placement – including up and down stairs, indoor and outdoor. The drain hole is located at the bottom of the tank for easy drainage of all water Extra-long power cords help you minimize the limitations of power sockets. Winding posts help fix the cord when it is not use. Why is it not cold? How can I solve it? 1. Make sure the "Cool" mode is turned on, it will start to circulate water and cool down after a few minutes (the water tank needs to be filled with water). 2. You can add a frozen ice pack on top to achieve a better cooling effect. Why is it leaking? What can I do about it? 1. If connected to a garden hose, make sure the hose connection is tight. 2. Make sure the water in the tank does not exceed the maximum water level. 3. Make sure the cooler is standing upright on a flat, level surface. Why is the water pump not working properly? This may be due to insufficient water pressure and the water is not fully pumped up. Please try to add water to the MAX line, turn on the cooling mode and push the machine back and forth to help the water pump exhaust. What is the difference between evaporative cooler and air conditioner and fan? The evaporative cooler uses water and a fan to cool the ambient air. It does not use refrigerants to remove heat & humidity like an air conditioner. It is more power saving than air conditioners and cooler than fans. Can the cooling pads be removed and cleaned? Yes, the cooling pads are removable. Unscrew the back panel to take them out and rinse clean. Dry and assemble back in place before reconnecting to a power source.

  • Great evaporative cooler!
Size: 8 Gallon
We recently moved into a house in the mountains of Colorado, and most homes up here do not have a/c, including our house. With the windows closed all day while at work, the temp was getting up to 75-77 during the later afternoon hours (outside temps have been about 80, but lots of direct sunlight on the front of the house and coming in through the upper windows). When we get home, we open the windows and have the unit a foot or so in front of one. Even with only filling the unit with cold well water, it works great. Haven't needed to try the freezer packs. Cools the living room/dining room/kitchen area down to 68 or so within 30-45 min. The oscillating function really helps to make it feel cooler in the area 10-15 feet out from the unit. On it's highest setting, it has about the same noise level as a regular box fan on high. After two weeks of use, I took the back cover off to clean down inside the tank (pretty easy to do with only four screws to remove). Even with us using well water in it, there was only a very light film to clean in the bottom of the tank. Super easy to roll the unit into the kitchen to fill from the sink sprayer. I would definitely recommend this unit. So far, it's been worth every penny. ... show more

  • Works really well until the water warms up (a suggestion for optimizing cold)...
Size: 8 Gallon
What these swamp coolers really need is a function that keeps the water cool because as soon as the water warms up, this becomes pretty useless. It works fantastic when the water is cold, but you'll likely run into the same problem I was in warm weather where the water gets too warm over time, even with the ice packs, and it begins to not work as well for cooling. What I suggest is this: if you will be using it for a long time like all day, don't fill the tank all the way. Fill it half-way and then fill it again later on with cold water and a new cold ice pack. That way, you aren't working with warm water the second half of the day. That issue aside, this does work very well with cold water. It almost feels air-conditioner-cold at first. It has a powerful air flow, too. I do like it a lot, I just wish it had a feature that keeps water cool! EDIT: A few days later, and both my ice packs split in the freezer, just like everyone else's. Sort of ridiculous that they include such horrible ice packs with this machine. I ordered six of these ice packs in Mini size (three of them fit in the top reservoir perfectly so I got three extras to keep cool while the first three are in use so I can rotate them): Igloo Performance Ice Blocks - Mini. They last much longer than the ice packs that came with this machine! I highly recommend that you get them, too. ... show more

  • Very bad product.
Size: 8 Gallon
Unfortunately this is a very sorry product, it doesn't cool the way they claim it would, the temperature never gets below seventy five, it does not help cool in the summer at all.it is a complete waste of my money, and I would advise anyone not to buy this product.

  • Has slashed our electricity bill by nearly half compared to running our central AC constantly
Size: 8 Gallon
Living in Las Vegas, where temperatures soared to record highs of 114 degrees this year, finding effective cooling solutions for our large two-story home has been challenging. Traditional air conditioners alone couldn't handle the heat without driving up our electricity bills. That's when we discovered the Evaporative Cooler, VAGKRI 2100CFM Air Cooler, and it's been everything we were looking for. This cooler has been a lifesaver. Its powerful 2100CFM airflow and 120° oscillation feature ensure our entire home stays comfortably cool, from the living room to the upstairs bedrooms. What's truly impressive is its ability to add moisture to the dry desert air. This has greatly improved our indoor air quality, making it easier to breathe and significantly enhancing our overall comfort. The remote control and 24-hour timer add to its convenience, allowing us to adjust settings effortlessly and save energy by programming cooling times according to our schedule. Most importantly, using this evaporative cooler has slashed our electricity bill by nearly half compared to running our central AC constantly. The Evaporative Cooler, VAGKRI 2100CFM Air Cooler, has exceeded our expectations. It effectively cools, adds moisture to improve air quality, saves on energy costs, and enhances overall comfort. For anyone living in a hot, dry climate like Las Vegas, I highly recommend this cooler as a cost-effective and efficient cooling solution. ... show more

  • Solid Unit
Size: 8 Gallon
Swamp Cooler works really well. It doesn't work all the time because I live in Wisconsin, but it's still a solid unit. I got great help from customer service when I needed replacement pads for this.

  • Room for improvement - Updated! - Keep dreaming.
Size: 8 Gallon
My husband has a 25 year old, 1500 CFM, box fan style portable evaporative cooler that is actually a tad more efficient than this evaporative cooler. (His hypothesis: the honeycomb pad style in this cooler vs. the traditional wood excelsior pad he uses in his old box unit is not as efficent. (Over the years, he has tried them all and those inexpensive wood excelsior pads win every time.) Nevertheless, he thinks this unit is not all that bad with regards to evaporative cooler function. It was only a two degree output difference ( Both coolers were tested at the same time, using the same water temperature, on the same day, on high fan.) That being said; the problem for us with this cooler is not it's evaporative cooling efficiency, it is the fill valve and the hose connection port / tank wall. Because the tank wall appears to be quite thin / un-reinforced where the fill valve port is, thus resulting in excessive flex / stress to the plastic tank wall, my husband is very leary about moving the unit while the hose is attached. As it is, to alleviate nearly ten degrees of flex, my husband uses a short 2x4 post to support the hose fitting end when the unit is stationary. Above and beyond that, once my husband ultimately got the supplied hose adapter fitting to stop leaking, by using his own hose bib washers, he came to find that the fill valve had stopped functioning properly. (Overfilling — not good!) At that point my husband wanted to send the unit back for a refund. But seeing how he discarded the original box, that of which is apparently required for return, we are apparently stuck with this cooler. I have know clue as to when, or where he is going to find that time, but he assures me that when he has time he will remedy the issues with the cooler. Until then, it's a manual fill only. Go figure, my husband's main attraction to this cooler was the hose connection/ auto shut off fill valve features. Oh, and lest I forget, it really would have been nice to have had some AAA batteries sent with the remote control. Room for improvement! Update! My husband has remedied the issue with the fill valve. Apparently, when he was attempting to get the hose bib fitting to stop leaking, the plastic float valve / pipe nipple rotated 180 degrees. In addition; seeing how the plastic tank wall is rather thin, and is not reinforced where the pipe nipple attaches to the hose adapter, my husband has switched out our HD hose for one of those light weight flex hoses. Besides that; It would be nice for more than one drain plug to be provided with the unit. The small rubber plug is not attached to the cooler. So, if that little thing happens to slip out of your hand and bounce it self into the bushes, well, I think you get the picture. Luckily we found ours! As for the remote control, well, after having rounded up some AAA batteries, the remote control feature does function and operate as it should. With in a few short days of having posted the initial review, the organization reached out to me. My first impression is that this organization truly cares about customer satisfaction. That in itself is worth a star, so I have increased the overall rating for this product to three stars. Only time will tell if this product is worthy of additional stars, as long term product durability and enduring commitment to customer satisfaction have yet to be determined. At this point, my husband and I both agree that the product could use some small but very beneficial improvements. As for my husband wanting to return the cooler, well, now, other than wishing he had purchased the cooler for ten cents on the dollar, which is pretty much what he wishes he could do on every purchase he makes, my husband says that he has NO BUYERS REMORSE. As a matter of fact, he has been hinting at purchasing another one; for the right price of course, which of course is totally subjective, but is still, nevertheless, in his world, a subjective value of there about sixteen dollars—keep dreaming honey! ... show more

  • Works great in the Arizona desert.
Size: 12 Gallon
I'm very pleased with this purchase. I live in the Arizona desert and have run this every day for about 2 weeks. So far this has done a rather nice job of keeping me cool outside on my patio at its lowest setting and without use of the ice packs. I do anticipate that as summer gets underway and temps hit 115 degrees, I'll be using a higher fan setting. Setup was easy, the ice packs are a really nice add on, and I love having a remote for this unit. The best part is that I can fill from the top or via an adapter, and the top has plenty of room to add ice cubes in addition to one of the 2 included ice packs. (Haven't tried that yet but sure to do so by July!) I had also bought a larger and more expensive name brand unit and this one seems to be far nicer. Given that we have very hard water, I purchased some demineralization strips to use. They are easy to add since water pumps through the top of the unit. My only concern is that because we have such hard water, we may need to replace the filters every year and I cannot figure out how we will order new filters. I do have an email out to the manufacturer with that question. My only complaint is that I paid about $40 more for this unit about 2 weeks ago than the deal that is currently running on it today. Wish I'd gotten the better price! Nonetheless, I'm keeping this jewel of a cooler. ... show more
