First off, this product worked as intended. If you've installed a light fixture before, this isn't anything complicated. The Good: - Very adjustable primary white light. Cool to warm, dim to bright, it does it's job. - RGB accent colors look great (if that's your thing) and I'm overall very pleased. - The remote is easy to use and the light responsive. The Bad: - Every now and then they forget their settings after being turned off. I generally keep these lights dim and on the colder side, but on occasion when I turn them on at the switch, they will be bright and warm, or bright and cold, or... well, you get the picture. Fortunately, they do tend to return to their settings after I flip the light switch a couple of times. - This is a minor nitpick based on previous lights, but, I installed two of these in the hallway to replace a similar, but much older, set of LED lights. I was disappointed to find that each remote changed only the light it came with. This probably is fine, but the lights they replaced were adjustable with just one remote. In summary, they have a nice range of adjustment for the primary white light and the colored accent is as advertised. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars as the occasional loss of settings is obnoxious but not a deal breaker. ... show more

I replaced our 1950s style ceiling light in our bedroom with this. The light is so much better and it was very easy to install. I did have to replace the rheostat wall switch with a standard switch, because you can't use a dimmer with these, as it's already built in. We bought this as a fun light for over the kitchen sink. It is a good area light but not focused in the way of lighting the sink well. Ended up replacing an incandescent light in the ceiling fan. Broad spread of light better for whole room. Color temperature adjustment let's us match color of under cabinet lights. Honestly, I liked the brightness and ability to change settings of it. Until it wouldn't anymore. Purchased in April of 2023. Installed the day it arrived. I followed the instructions on how to get the memory to work when switching the light off so It would retain settings for next time you turn the light on. It worked part of the time, but regularly "forgot". I never really cared for how the remote worked. To change the brightness or shade of white, you have to press and hold +/- on a directional pad. They should have also had presets for low, middle, high brightness levels, as well as three settings for K levels so you could quickly change it. It had a dedicated setting for night light. Anyhow the real issue is that I am five months in to ownership and it no longer responds to the remote. It is September 2023. I checked the batteries, but it is not that. The remote light still works. I am past the return date so I will just buy a different light and throw this in the trash. Its worthless stuck on one setting. ... show more

I love this light so much I bought one for almost every room in the house. It is easy to install with a modern slim design that blends into the room and blends into the decor perfectly. I love the fun colors and think it is great that you can use the color by itself or at the same time as the regular light. This eliminates the need for running led light strips all around the ceiling, this light fills the entire room with color. The fixture works with the light switch in the wall but the remote controls the color and dimming features. A quick flick of the light switch will cycle through 3 of the different settings (dim, bright and color) without the remote which is useful if the last time it was used was on a dim setting and you need to turn the light on bright to see. ... show more
