Awesome customer service! Quick and easy setup. I was concerned about 2 things before I decided to purchase the bedjet: 1) the noise because I do not like the sound of the fan while sleeping. I can keep the fan on about 40 to 45. I do hear the noise but it is still fairly quiet. 2) I do not like air blowing directly on me and I want a blanket on me. I do use the bed sheet that comes from bedjet but I also use my own top sheet under the bedjet sheet. I also sleep with a blanket not a heavy one. I can still feel the air blowing around me but not like a ceiling fan. This is my first bed cooling system, so I cannot compare to the pros and cons of other systems. However, for the price of the bedjet compared to the other top brands, I know I made the best choice. I sleep much better, much cooler, and not waking up with sweaty sheets because of hot flashes. I definitely recommend if you are thinking about purchasing the bedjet….do it!

I have owned my BedJet for four days and so far I am completely satisfied with this purchase. The kit arrived ahead of schedule. It was easy to set up. The remote controller is easy to use. The BedJet cools perfectly. Highly recommend!

By no means is it an ac, you kinda need your room cool already for it to be effective, but I’ve noticed it’s helped me sleep in warmer temperatures and you don’t need the fan at the highest speed to feel the coolness, so even for the price that alone might make it worth it.

My room is chilly, I set the thing to 69 and the lowest it goes is 79. If I hit turbo it tries to heat things up. Have to hit cold 2-3 times and then it goes back to 79. Gawd! Had high hopes and for almost 800 dollars I’m not happy to be sleeping hot again.
