Works well, is light, has good suction and easy to maneuver. Bought this to replace our Dyson (very heavy and not easy to use) which we moved it to our basement. It is easy to carry up stairs and comes with a variety of useful attachment tools.

I was debating on getting a new vacuum because I've had mine for about 6 years and it's lost some suction. I read reviews and went back and forth on trying this one as opposed to other higher end brands. I ended up going for this one because it was on sale for October prime day and I'm very happy with my decision! It got so much out of my area rugs that my old vacuum left behind, and does a great job with embedded pet hair! It has a lot of suction and the brushes do an awesome job lifting the carpet fibers to get deep dirt. It's just a basic upright vacuum, there are attachments and a hose which I like. The bin is huge and I love that it opens at the bottom to dump it out. What I don't love so much is that in order to dump the bin, you have to flip the clip up which means your hand is down where all the dust and dirt comes out. There may be a trick to avoiding getting it on your fingers, but I haven't figured that out yet and I get dusty hands every time. Another slight con is that while the vacuum is light weight, there is so much suction that it makes it feel heavier than it is while using it. I wanted something lightweight because I'm pregnant but while using it, I felt like I was pushing and pulling a lot more than I was expecting. That all being said, for the price, I would choose it again! I haven't used any of the attachments yet, and may update my review once I've tried them. ... show more

This vacuum is amazing. It is easy to assemble, all the parts go attached to the vacuum ( no way to lose them), and the suction is high power. This vacuum will leave your floors very clean. Once you turn on the vacuum you could feel the power, it weighs very little (not big and bulky) and you will clean your whole house in less than 5 minutes. Seems to vacuum real well. I've had only Oreck vacuums for the last 30 years and they've been absolutely the best. I needed to replace but now on limited income. I honestly did not expect this vacuum to perform this well at this price point. I’ve owned more expensive brands in the past, and this one absolutely holds its own. First off The suction is STRONG. It pulls up dirt and pet hair I didn’t even realize was still in my carpet. I have pets, and this thing handles fur like a champ. The pet tool attachment is actually useful (not one of those throwaway accessories that just sits in a drawer). It’s also surprisingly lightweight, which makes a huge difference when you’re vacuuming stairs or moving room to room. No wrestling a 40-pound machine around the house. My Shark stick vacuum finally gave out after about 4 years. Didn’t want something expensive and read good reviews on this one. I was really impressed with the force of the suction, it picked up dust and pet hair from living room rug we couldn’t even see. It was easy and lightweight to maneuver. A few cons, while using the pet hair brush, it stopped spinning. Had to take it completely apart as hair got stuck in the crevices of the wheels. Also when came to dumping out the debris from the compartment, some of it got stuck near the filter so I had to reach in there to take it out and dust got everywhere, made a bit of a mess.
