  • Excellent Customer Service - excellent product!
Color: Jet Black
Daily interaction with unit due to gray water empty and clean water refill should be anticipated if running daily. I have pets, so a good vacuum is necessary. This one is below average. It leaves debris everywhere with only one cycle. It performs especially poor along area rug edges. It also leaves dust/hair bunnies at the base station. I have to sweep and/or manually vacuum about once per week. I do like the app. It is set up very well. The mapping is also very easy to set up and modify. Update: 6/28/25 - I discovered that the floor unit was not emptying. Dirt remained in the floor unit rather than transferring to the base. As long as I manually empty the dust bin, the floor unit works very well. It even handles edges of area rugs much better. I contacted Customer Service. In turn, they contacted me via email and offered to replace the unit. I received the replacement unit yesterday. They were very responsive and gave continual updates. They assured me several times that I, as their customer, am very important to them and they strive to ensure I am satisfied with their product. Due to customer service excellence, I am increasing my rating to 4 stars. In a few days, when I have had time to place the new unit into service and see how it performs, I will consider further increasing my rating. 7/16/2025 - after receiving and setting up the replacement unit, I must say that this vacuum is a very good product. Well worth the price. It cleans and mops without leaving dustbunnies anywhere. I have a puppy and a kitten, so it takes a good unit to keep up with their messes. This unit does fantastic! Very pleased. And excellent customer service, too! I am increasing my rating to 5 stars. I would recommend this product ... show more

  • very disappointing very disappointing
Color: Black
I don't know if I got a dud or not but this thing works pretty good on vinyl and piled carpet but we have a textured rug which has no pile to speak of and it just gets confused and stops, saying the roller is stuck. but there's nothing for it to get stuck on so I think it's just the pattern in the rug that prevents it from vacuuming. it leaves bits of stuff around that are easily vacuumed up on a second pass. it pushes bits across the floor and out of its path and into a path that's already done. pretty silly to have a vacuum cleaner that you then have to go back and vacuum up after. follow up: eureka must have seen my review and offered to send me a new vacuum. but I can't see how it would work any differently from this one. I had stopped using the vacuum but tried it again. first I cleaned out all the compartments and the rollers to make sure it was perfectly clean and then I put it on high. it continued to get stuck in wide open spaces where it had maybe a single thing in its way that it could easily go around. I've included three photos of that. I also included a video of an area that it had cleaned twice and left lots of small light debris behind. I used my old vac and it cleaned it right up. this thing only gets maybe 70% of what's on the floor. I just spent an hour with all the times it stopped. this area takes 5-10 minutes with a vacuum cleaner. I turned eureka down on an offer of a free unit I just don't see this thing working any better than it is right now. money back yeah I'll take that but definitely don't want to waste my time on another eureka vacuum ... show more

  • best thing in my house best thing in my house
Color: Jet Black
As someone who lives in a cluttered apartment and owns a dog, I can confidently say this vacuum-mop robot has been a total game-changer. I’ve been using it for quite some time now, and here’s my honest review across different aspects: 🧭 Smart Navigation & Mapping The robot’s route planning is very clear and accurate. It re-maps the rooms every time it goes out to clean, which is especially helpful in my messy space full of obstacles. Despite all the clutter, it navigates without getting stuck and recognizes different zones accurately. I also love the ability to set no-go zones, which is perfect for protecting areas like tangled cables or the dog’s bed. 🐶 Excellent Hair Pickup There’s always long hair on the floor, and my dog sometimes tries to eat it — which is obviously unhealthy. This robot picks up hair thoroughly and has surprisingly strong suction. What’s even better is its self-cleaning brush with a built-in hair-cutting feature, which removes tangled hair automatically. That alone saves me a lot of manual cleaning time. 🧼 Mop Cleaning & Maintenance-Free Design The mop system is amazing. It comes with auto mop washing and hot-air drying, so the mop stays clean and odor-free over time. You can even set multiple passes for specific zones like the kitchen for deeper cleaning. It also offers flexible cleaning modes: smart, vacuum-only, or mop-only, and the suction power is adjustable. 📱 App Control & Connectivity It connects to WiFi smoothly, and the companion app is super easy to use. I can control it remotely, check real-time maps, and even view live updates. When I’m not home, I often start a cleaning session from my phone, and by the time I return, the floor is spotless. 🔇 Noise & Spin Power The mop’s spin rate is just right — strong enough to remove stains, but not too aggressive. The noise level is well-controlled and never feels disruptive, even in smaller spaces. ... show more

  • Preliminary findings E20 Plus
Color: Black
I'll start by saying that over the past 10 years, I have had multiple robot vacuums (Samsung, Neato, etc.). Some were really good and others were pure junk. My brand of choice was Neato only because they had incredible suction, were "reasonably priced", and did a great job cleaning. Their app/features were "ok". They are no longer made so when my last one died I decided to try the Eureka E20 Plus. At first I was disappointed. It just couldn't suck up dirt. I mean...it was really bad. Upon inspection, day 1, I found the vacuum was clogged (short dog hair, some grass clippings carried in on my feet, and dirt - The typical stuff). I cleared the clog and set it loose again. After 2 more cleanings it clogged again. I think I figured out the issue. On the inlet to the dust bin is a little rubber "wing", I suspect it's function is to slow down and direct incoming particles as they enter the bin. It acts as more of a barrier and just the slightest debris actually gets caught on it and a "log jam" gets created. I removed it (pops right out) and now dirt doesn't get stuck as it enters the bin. My current evaluation of the Eureka 1. Vacuuming - good; (if it's not getting clogged); some debris does get missed if it's in a corner but that's not a surprise. 2. Navigation - good; though the skirt on the couch is enough to prevent the vacuum from going under it; It does seem to concentrate on various sections of a room more than other locations (all locations should get the same attention). 3. Mapping - good 4. Obsticles - great; it even climbs over the threshold to my kitchen (where other vacuums would get stuck) 5. Reliablity - Unsure ; my previous vacs would burn through a battery in a year's time; I'll have to update this review in a year to see if the vac is still preforming properly 6. Setup - Easy; Sync the app and you're in business - 5 / 10 minutes max I'm giving this 4 out of 5 because of the issues with clogging. Fingers crossed it remains a worthwhile investment. Cheers! ... show more

  • A great robot vacuum cleaner
Color: White
This is a great robot vacuum cleaner, and I really enjoy using it to help me with household chores! It is easy to set up, convenient and fast. It can both vacuum and mop the floors and its appearance is also very beautiful ! Powerful attention can effortlessly suck away dust and small debris from hard floors and carpets, and has strong obstacle clearing ability. Mopping is a fantastic extra feature that makes my floors feel fresh and clean! Since I started using this product, it has saved me a lot of valuable time. Overall, it works excellently and I am very satisfied ! If you also want to have a robot vacuum cleaner, this is a wonderful choice to try, I recommend it! ... show more

  • Best cleaning performance I’ve seen—until the error code.
Color: Jet Black
UPDATE Part 2 The refund check has arrived, and I am now purchasing the Eureka J15 again. When it worked, it was fantastic, so I am hoping the first unit was just an anomaly. Support was easy to work with and responded favorably. Let's see how the next unit works. _______________________________________________________________ UPDATE: After contacting the company they decided a refund was. In order. They made the decision promptly stating should expect a check within 21 days. Ok but seems a check in 21 days is time spent waiting to purchase another. I asaked if I could just send the old back and they send me a new one. No. They are sending a check and then I am to dispose of the old one. Not send it back but trash it. Well, if the money comes in and I trash this one I guess I give it one more try to see if I had a bad egg. I thought the machine was efficient and cleaned well. More to come……… ________________ I purchased the Eureka J15 on December 5, 2025, and while it was operational, it was easily the best of the three robotic vacuums we have owned. Its suction power is impressive, the cleaning patterns are highly efficient, and its obstacle avoidance is top-tier. It truly lived up to the hype in terms of actual floor care. The Issue: Unfortunately, after just three months of service, the unit is currently unusable. I began receiving a "roller brush" error indicating a blockage. I have followed the manual’s troubleshooting steps to the letter: • Removed and inspected the brush multiple times (no debris found). • Cleaned all sensors on the unit. • Attempted multiple resets to clear the error code. Despite these efforts, the error persists. For a premium vacuum to have a potential sensor or mechanical failure this early in its lifespan is disappointing. Customer Support: I have reached out to Eureka product support and submitted the required documentation. I am hoping this is simply an isolated hardware defect. I will update this review once I see how the company handles the warranty claim and whether they can get me back to a working unit. Pros: Incredible suction, smart navigation, and great efficiency. Cons: Reliability issues early on; currently sidelined by a "ghost" blockage error. ... show more

  • My Rosie, The Eureka E20 Plus Robot Vacuum
Color: Black
I preface this with, I have a Golden Retriever. The first two times I used the Eureka E20 Plus I set it on Full (whole house) cleaning. Both times the robot dust collector was clogged and would not empty into the charging station upon docking. I had to manually clean it out. And when I did, I was shocked at how packed it was with dog fur. The next couple of cleaning days I set the E20 on Room (single room) cleaning. After cleaning the master bedroom it docked and the dust collector emptied out completely. Each time, after cleaning the other bedrooms, my office, the hallway, the living room, family room, kitchen and dining rooms, the E20 returned to the docking station and the dust collector completely emptied. If you don't have furry friends living with you, Full house setting should work fine. The LiDar completely maps the house. I turned the unit on and it mapped out all of the upstairs rooms on it's own. If I set something down on the floor (since it mapped), it will gently touch into it. It is a cool feature to watch. As the E20 moves around the house, it slows to a crawl when it approaches the obstacle I set down, touches it gently, and navigates around it. The unit also senses when it reaches the stairs and stops itself. These things demonstrate the sensitivity of the E20's navigation/mapping system to prevent damaging itself. I was completely surprised at how much suction this robot has and how well it cleans the floors and rugs. It picks up every bit of dog fur and dust from both the hardwood and the rugs. Prior to getting the E20 I was having to sweep and vacuum three and four times a week. I work full time and since my wife passed on all of the chores are squarely on me. The E20 has taken a lot of burden off of my shoulders. I expected a thin plastic unit. But the E20 Plus is solid and sturdy, very well built. This unit is bigger and heavier than anticipated (a pleasant surprise for me). The unit stays powered up all through the full cleaning mode. If the battery drains down, it will automatically return to the docking/charging station (tested by running two Full cycles and about halfway through a third Full mode the E20 automatically returned to the docking/charging station). I hope the E20 stands up to time. I did research the other units but they all had bags. I don't want to have to buy replacement bags and trash used bags. I prefer to just press the button and let the unit empty itself into the trash can. I am so impressed with the E20 Plus that I bought a second unit for downstairs. Then I purchased another unit to be delivered to my daughter. (Rosie from the Jetsons) ... show more

  • Only lasted 3 months before fully dying.
Color: White
I was really hopeful about this vacuum because of all the great reviews, but it’s already dead just three months in. It started having problems almost right away, and now it won’t even turn on. Here’s what went wrong: Noise: No matter what suction level you pick, it’s LOUD. Even on the lowest setting, it sounds like it’s struggling. It’s the kind of loud that it distracting. I was hoping to have it run while I was working from home, but my clients would definitely hear it. Navigation: It constantly gets stuck. Corners, rugs, or even the smallest bumps stop it in its tracks. It’ll sit there until I go move it. It doesn’t handle transitions or uneven surfaces at all. Roller Issues: The rubber roller keeps falling out. Sometimes it happens when it hits a rug, other times it just drops for no reason mid-clean. When that happens, it drags dirt and pet hair everywhere instead of picking it up. Durability: The roller is advertised as “pet-friendly,” but it’s not built to handle much. Pet hair wrapped around it and actually sliced through parts of the rubber. It’s already damaged and uneven. Value: For the price, it’s not worth it. It feels flimsy, and the quality doesn’t match the cost. Parts and Support: The app sends you to the Eureka site for replacement parts, but nothing for this model is in stock. Not the biggest problem by itself, but when everything else is already going wrong, it’s just the cherry on top. I really wanted to like this vacuum, but it’s been one headache after another. Between the noise, the roller constantly falling out, and it dying after three months, I’m done. I’ll be going back to Shark—those vacuums actually last and don’t fall apart this fast. ... show more
