I have this unit one day and the noise is silly, it runs so loud you cannot hear the tv. I decided to investigate the pump and realized it was loud due to mounting. I disconnected it from metal and left it hanging and now noise is very minimal. Overall unit is working well.

So far, so good. I’ve had it about 3 weeks now and no issues. I’ve never owned a water dispenser before but it was easy to figure out and set up. Cold and hot water are ready right away. Looks nice too!

BEWARE!! I had just come to trust this product when my wife called me with her urgent voice because the middle button would not shut off. We managed to put a jug under the dispenser until I could unplug the unit and remove the 5 gallon water jug. Absolutely untrustworthy garbage!

We love it so far! It makes a slight bit of motor noise when cooling or heating, but it is minimal and understandable. The pump is great, the hot n cold work great, the stand holds our new tea tray. The water dispenser has a solid closing and does not leak water. It’s just tall enough for our 5 yo to use but too tall for the 2 yo. 👍🏽 Really grateful to not have to filter our own water anymore. 💧 ... show more
