First dispenser did not turn on, but the replacement works well. I would give 5 stars but returning the first dispenser was annoying and difficult since I had to repack it and give to UPS. Don't throw away your packing materials!!!. This is a good machine but if there is a problem, you may need to send it back.

Have a 4-year Avalon cooler. Thermostat started giving me problems.. coldspout started freezing up every 12 or so hours... would have to turn it off till it defrosted and then back on...so I decided to get a new one. Saw good reviews on this and I took a shot. Fit and finish is horrible. Cheap plastic cheap metal. Water flow is slower than my avalon. Loud pump.. Avalon quality is much much better.. decided to just keep the mine... Hook it up to a smart plug and set a timer so it goes off at night and defrosts... Then back on...Will eventually buy another Avalon but I think the thermostats go bad on all these units sooner than they should..

I received my water cooler the other day and I was pleasantly surprised the way it was packed up for delivery set up was easy no big deal. I read some of the reviews on this particular item, and the reviews were saying that this product was a little noisy that is not true. This product could be set next to a baby sleeping and you wouldn’t even know what’s on Even when the condenser kicks on it’s very very quiet. I would highly recommend this only a few days in, but I’m 100% satisfied at this point for the price for the self cleaning. I would recommend this highly 100%.

Quick review-Unit has been running for two weeks without issue. Quality built, full size versatile water cooler for commercial or residential use. Bottom feeding, tall narrow unit fits easily in tight spaces. Unit runs quietly when the compressor is cycling. Intuitive, straightforward operation. When comparing price point to unit features, cooler is a solid value! Full review- Excellent feature rich water cooler we could build quality. Impressive set up for what it is. Aside from cold, hot, and room temperature water options. The best feature has to be the bottom feeding, self-contained water tank. Easily switch to a full water jug. Open the lower cabinet. Slide out the empty container. Move the water intake rod to the full container then slide the jug back in. Zero chance of making a mess when changing out the jugs. (previous unit required flipping an open top 5 gallon jug in the air then slamming it into the top of the unit) The second coolest feature, something I’ve never seen before. It has to be the self cleaning internals. Unit is equipped with UV sterilizing bulbs. With the exception of cleaning the nozzles every so often. It cleans itself! There is only one neutral observation about the water cooler. I had to laugh when I realized what it’s missing. It did not come with a paper cup sleeve. If you’re going to keep it in a commercial environment, you’ll need to get a cup dispenser. Unit has useful engineering features. (minus the cup sleeve) Compared to other units with the similar functionality, It’s a bargain. If you’re currently renting one from your spring water supplier, the unit will pay for itself. Happy with the build quality. If you’re looking for a water cooler, this one is a solid choice. It’s worth mentioning the manufacturer took great care in packing the unit for shipping. The unit arrived encased in several inches of dense foam, suspending the cooler within the box. Even if the outer box gets damaged in transit, It’s unlikely the water cooler will be damaged.
