I wish I would not have bought this water cooler. First the instructions are so hard to understand. It is very difficult to get the water bottle in the water cooler because there is a lip you have to lift it over instead of a slant. I am disabled so that is enough to make me return it. Then after I get it hooked up it is so noisy. The water cooler is very noisy when it fills with water and then when the water is heating and cooling it is noisy, which takes quite a while. I have not had a chance to use it yet. If I am still not happy with it after using it, I will probably return it. There are too many issues with this water cooler. It's just going to be difficult to return it due to my disability.

We had an issue with this unit not readily accommodating the 3 gallon bottles, despite Rufus AI saying it could. Reached out directly to company Customer Service. The Customer Service Rep, Chirstina, was absolutely great to work with. She understood my issue and through a series of emails, answered all of my questions and expressed concern and patience when I had some real life issues delay me responding to her. EUHOMY & Christina were able to completely satisfactorily handle my concerns and make things right. I am very impressed!!

Customer service support - bad, really bad. Agents uncaring, dismissive. No empathy. Lacking in product knowledge. The water dispenser stopped working less than a month after I bought it. Customer service support very unhelpful. Huge regret buying this product. Will return the replacement. I do not want to risk another disappointment from Euhomy. Will get a refund instead.

I received my water cooler the other day and I was pleasantly surprised the way it was packed up for delivery set up was easy no big deal. I read some of the reviews on this particular item, and the reviews were saying that this product was a little noisy that is not true. This product could be set next to a baby sleeping and you wouldn’t even know what’s on Even when the condenser kicks on it’s very very quiet. I would highly recommend this only a few days in, but I’m 100% satisfied at this point for the price for the self cleaning. I would recommend this highly 100%. Well is many months after I hooked up the cooler and still working great .. 5 months in
