Quick review-Unit has been running for two weeks without issue. Quality built, full size versatile water cooler for commercial or residential use. Bottom feeding, tall narrow unit fits easily in tight spaces. Unit runs quietly when the compressor is cycling. Intuitive, straightforward operation. When comparing price point to unit features, cooler is a solid value! Full review- Excellent feature rich water cooler we could build quality. Impressive set up for what it is. Aside from cold, hot, and room temperature water options. The best feature has to be the bottom feeding, self-contained water tank. Easily switch to a full water jug. Open the lower cabinet. Slide out the empty container. Move the water intake rod to the full container then slide the jug back in. Zero chance of making a mess when changing out the jugs. (previous unit required flipping an open top 5 gallon jug in the air then slamming it into the top of the unit) The second coolest feature, something I’ve never seen before. It has to be the self cleaning internals. Unit is equipped with UV sterilizing bulbs. With the exception of cleaning the nozzles every so often. It cleans itself! There is only one neutral observation about the water cooler. I had to laugh when I realized what it’s missing. It did not come with a paper cup sleeve. If you’re going to keep it in a commercial environment, you’ll need to get a cup dispenser. Unit has useful engineering features. (minus the cup sleeve) Compared to other units with the similar functionality, It’s a bargain. If you’re currently renting one from your spring water supplier, the unit will pay for itself. Happy with the build quality. If you’re looking for a water cooler, this one is a solid choice. It’s worth mentioning the manufacturer took great care in packing the unit for shipping. The unit arrived encased in several inches of dense foam, suspending the cooler within the box. Even if the outer box gets damaged in transit, It’s unlikely the water cooler will be damaged.

I'm pretty impressed with this Euhomy water dispenser. I own a few of their powered coolers and have been happy with them, so it's nice to see they remain consistent throughout their product line. There is really minimal setup required - just install the drip tray, your water bottle, and plug it in. Super simple. I'm 5'10" and the dispenser stands about waist height to me. As such, the spigots are a little lower than I'd prefer, but it's a fair trade off given the 5 gallon bottle is bottom loaded instead of having to lift and flip it over the top. The construction of the unit is fairly solid - it seems well built - and functionally it works great. It has three buttons for dispensing hot, cold, and room temp water. The hot water button has a safety on it which I appreciate as the hot water is dispensed hot enough for tea or a pour over. Last, the UV cleaner is another great addition to help keep your supply fresh and bacteria free. For an office, dorm, or even your home, this dispenser is a handy addition if you prefer to drink bottle water. Would definitely recommend.

I had been on the fence about having a water cooler for a while. Afterall, we have water dispensed from the fridge. Since getting this cooler, it is much more convenient to have cold and hot water available for drinks. We haven't really used the warm spigot much yet, for hot drinks it is really nice to have hot water on demand and I have found, I use much less ice with cold water available. We temped the hot water at 187°. The unit works very well; I deducted one star due to it can be a bit loud at times. The water is simple to load, just slide the dispensing tube into the jug, and slide the jug into the bottom cabinet. Overall, I would recommend this cooler, especially if you like hot and cold drinks.

This is an excellent bottom loading water cooler. Water is dispensed ice cold from the far right button, tepid from the middle button, and piping hot (be careful not to burn your tongue!) from the far left button when both power buttons are on in the back. The machine is quiet except when sucking up more water, and even then, it's a minimal sound. I'm shocked at how fast our family goes through 5 gallons of water! We will probably need a new bottle every 1.5-2 weeks! Set up and loading are so easy that our 8 year old did it. The machine works well and is a dream addition to our home. It has helped us all drink more water!

Really good quality machine. We’ve been renting one from our water service for years and it was finally time to get one of our own to avoid continued rental fees. This works very well and has the benefit of being easier to load with the tank because you don’t have to lift it high. There’s multiple temperatures and it has a self clean function. At the very beginning, I’d argue that the water had a “new machine” taste, probably from the plastic parts - but very quickly that went away. It operates well every time. When you use it, a red light will pop on when it cycles water into the upper reservoir, but it still continues to function. I think it’s a great pick for a machine and we were finally able to get rid of the old piece of junk we were using. Oh yea, and no issues at all with leaking!
