This ice maker sounds like a train going through our kitchen, our dining room and our living room. Have to shut our bedroom doors to try and get some sleep. Took me forever to find a number to contact them. Unit has a year warranty. I bought it October 6th, 2025. Received a week or so later. Ran quiet first three months. Then got crazy loud. Could not even talk to my wife in kitchen, dining room or living room. only 5 .months in and no more ice. customer service sounded like the wife of an importer brushing off the problems to get rid of someone complaining about a serious problem! NEVER EVER BUY AN EUHOMY PRODUCT AGAIN!!! I still can't believe Amazon recommended this product line! I should have read the Amazon disclaimer saying this brand gets returned frequently. Why the hell are they promoting it then as Amazon's Choice. Amazon, I spend thousands each Month with you. I don't expect these shams from you. Ill be contacting Jeff P.B. and Andy J. at our next meeting. For those that know, now's the time to move!

Great countertop nugget ice maker. It takes about 4-5 dumps of the ice bin to fill a 8 lb bag. The nuggets are nice big chunks. The way it dumps assures the bin is full before it shuts down. Previous maker I had would always get clogged with nuggets in the chute. It took forever to make ice. The quality of the ice is comparable to the high end models out there but at one third the price! It has a big drain port that is easy to access. It's quiet.

Ice is nice and soft. I have two complaints 1) the machine is noisy. Sometimes I have to bang it on the side to silence the rattling. 2) I have not had the machine long and it already needs de-scaling. FYI - I used Govee plug-in to make it remote. 🤩

I bought this a month ago, I waited to see how it would work before I wrote a review… I can say I am NOT pleased. It makes such a loud squealing noise while it’s running, it’s annoying. Doesn’t keep the ice cold and very inconsistent with turning off randomly. I like nugget ice, I don’t like this product (and of course now it’s to late as the return window has closed) this is one of the worst products I have ever purchased and am not happy about it. Euhomy needs to fix these issues. Hopefully this review will help others and deter them from purchasing this item. They don’t even deserve the one star I had to give them…. Dave your money and purchase a different brand.

100% what I was hoping for. It makes the small nugget ice. It is perfect - I make batches then put them in my freezer. It’s a fraction of the cost (probably because it does not keep the ice frozen) but for the same great nugget I’ve.

I love how small the ice is; however, the sound that comes from it is horrible. It’s like it’s going to explode. I have to shut it off. I’ve updated this review to include the noise it makes. It is not one that I would recommend buying. I’m waiting for it to breakdown. I looked for my window of return and it has sadly passed. I will try with the warranty. Maybe I got a misfiring one but if it improves; I’ll be back with another review

I only had this less than a year before it stopped making ice completely. I tried troubleshooting it but that didn’t resolve the issue. Don’t waste your money on this.
