This is a fully functional, absolutely beautiful, multi-temperature water cooler. I'll start with the look and build - both of these are truly high quality. While it is a majority plastic build, that plastic is thick and relatively heavy duty, giving it a solid feel and appearance. I see this taking a good deal of use and even some abuse for years given the build quality. The panel tolerances are tight, there's no give or sway to the unit. From an operation perspective, it's plug and play. The best part is you just need to put the cooler in at the bottom, no need to lift the water jug up and flip it! There's three temp settings, which is another great touch. There is also a child lock with an option to turn that off if you don't need it. The pump works great, it's quiet when it runs and cools / heats, and it just looks so nice and modern, I love it. Plus I get to be assured I am getting the best quality water wherever I need it sink or not! Great product, very nice value. 1 year warranty too!

I had a different cooler at my house, one that I had rented from my water supply company. The thing was really loud and constantly was making noises. Even to operate it that one gurgled and sputtered. When I got this I immediately replaced the water service one with this one, what a great difference it has made! I dont have to listen to it gurgle and hissing all the time. This one is a little bulkier than the other one but so far seems to be much more efficient and quite. It does make a little noise as its refilling the reservoirs and as you are using the tap, that is to be expected but it is nonthing like the old one! I use the hot water daily to make myself some herbal tea before bedtime. The water is as hot as the other one and the cold water is great for a quick drink or if I am making a recipe that calls for cold water. Our tap water here in the south does not get that cold since many of our aquafiers are above ground during the hot summers keeping the "cold" water about room temperature. Keeping one of these coolers in homes down here is common practice. It is easy to load the water in the bottom and I rinsed out the reservoirs before I started using this cooler and the water tastes great. So far so good. The reason for the missing star is for the bulkiness of this machine and has nothing to do with the operation of it, I am glad that it is quieter. I keep it in my kitchen and I used to be able to hear the old one gurgling and hissing away while I was watching TV in the evenings, thankfully no more!

I’m not a fan of the water dispenser on my refrigerator and I can’t stand using tap water so I thought I’d try a real water dispenser. So far, I’m very impressed with it. I love how it gives you cold, warm, OR hot water. I like the occasional oatmeal in the morning so the hot water function has come in super handy. It was super easy to set up. The manual is very easy to read and understand. Overall I’m very happy with this dispenser and highly recommend!

Setup was quick and easy. I like to bottom loading design. It looks much better than the old top load styles, and changing out the bottles is so much easier, too. It chills fast, and the hot water works well too! The size is perfect for many spaces, since it is not huge. It seems well made, and dispenses well.

Been comparing dispensers for a while and opted for this one. It has easy set-up instructions, but I got a little lost in the instructions for prepping for actual use (clearing dust from the lines). Great safety features especially for the hot water dispenser (safety button that would be hard for a child to access). It offers quite a number of great features hot/cold/room temperature options, bottom-up water flow (I had one that was top-down years ago and those bottles are heavy), quality materials, and sleek design. I love everything about this dispenser but did see comparable models that are significantly lower priced. I still love it but shopping around could result in cost savings for what appears to be the same features.

This is a great option as far as bottom loading water dispensers go. It makes for an easy water swap and if you are in a office environment you don’t have to worry about the risk of 5 gallons of water finding its way on the carpet over a failed attempt lol. On top of that its easy to fill bottles, mugs or small cups, you can access hot, room temperature or cold water at the press of a button and the unit is efficient. Overall I am a fan. This is perfect for the upstairs hallway ! I hadn’t ever thought of getting one for it before but when I saw it here I decided to see if it would work ! It does ! It’s fabulous! I have it in the hallway with a bunch of disposable cups so the kids can all grab a glass of water and drink during the night instead of trying to come downstairs half asleep and risk falling down the stairs ! Now they just grab a drink and go back to bed because it’s ice cold and don’t have to come down to the fridge for an ice cold water ! Doesn’t leak which keeps floors nice too !

Uses the economical 5 gallon jugs that are available at you local supermarket, WalMart, Lowes, Home Depot etc. Bottom feed design makes this more esthetically pleasing than the old school top mount found in offices. Dispenses Hot, Cold and Room Temp water with a child lock out for the hot water. Well made and nice looking. Perfect for any room, garage, office etc. Reasonable price as well.
