So to be honest, I didn't want this. We boondock for many days at a time, and I didn't want just one more thing to haul and find a way to power. But the wife was right. This really works nicely, doesn't draw much power, and is quiet too. I was quite concerned about power draw, as we're way off the grid and at the mercy of solar all the time, but I've monitered it with meters, and it's worth it. It's also efficient inside, meaning that we can stack cans and other items in a way that fills it without wasting many cubic inches. One thing I'd change: it is black, so the surface gets warm in the sun. We fashioned a simple cover that slips over it from that reflective aluminum-faced stuff at Home Depot, and that makes a great difference! I think I'd use that even if it wasn't black it helps so much. Very good product!

I've used the EUHOMY 80-QT (75 L) 12-volt refrigerator on several field trips, and it’s been rock-solid. Running off the truck’s 12 V socket all day, it kept everything at a steady 34 °F even in 90 °F heat, then plugged into a wall outlet to serve as a mini-fridge in my room at night. The cavernous 80-quart capacity easily holds a weekend’s worth of meals plus drinks, and the compressor stays surprisingly quiet. ECO/MAX modes are handy for saving battery or fast chilling. The only drawback is small but annoying: the barrel plug on the AC adapter brick fits loosely, so any tug on the cord can unplug it. A bit of painter’s tape or a right-angle pigtail fixes the issue, but a locking plug on the brick would make this fridge perfect. If you need a versatile cooler-turned-fridge for truck camping, field work, or dorm life, this model delivers just be ready to secure that AC connector.

I bought this on Jan 2, 2025 and it has quit working today May 22, 2026. To be fair, this runs in a semitruck 24/7 going up elevations, like I70 and then down to sea level in the Los Angeles area. I put it at the foot of my bed. I drive team and we have 2 dogs. Since I cook my dog's food, I needed a bigger freezer for the veggies and chicken for them as well as meat for me and my husband. I can carry a weeks worth of food for us and a months worth for the dogs. It doesn't keep ice cream hard, hence why I would remove half a star, it is about the consistency of a think shake, which is still delicious 😋 I have a second smaller cooler for my refrigerated food. The app is super easy to use and I can keep an eye on the temp. You can see that I have a pot lid to keep my mattress away from the vent so that the unit stays cool. It uses a lot less power than my old freezer that cost over $600, and it's a lot lighter than my old one, so it's easier to transfer to a new truck. The large handle is very flimsy, I wouldn't pull it that way if it's loaded. I wish they had 2 of the smaller handles, since it's a lot stronger. It's very quiet, since it's on my bed, I can't have a loud unit to keep me awake. I would recommend this for any trucker that needs a lot of room for food.

I've had this fridge running for over a week now and am happy with it. It's quiet, and has been keeping everything inside of it cool even with temps in my RV at just under 100° during some days. I could only give it 4 stars because the large pull handle is a bit flimsy. It twists fairly easily and I don't know if it would hold up well trying to pull a full and heavy fridge, especially across uneven ground. If they could correct that, this fridge would be 5 stars for sure. With that said, I believe that as long as this fridge keeps on working as it has so far, its a good buy. I purchased this to use as a refrigerator, so I haven't tried to drop the temp to 0° to use as a freezer. I would expect that it will work ok, but I can't confirm that at this time. Update...I've now had this fridge running continuously over the summer in my RV. Some days the temps in my RV hit 100°+, but most where 85°+ to 90°+. This fridge is still keeping up with the hot temperatures. I absolutely love to place my soda, juice, water, and milk up against the inner walls of this fridge so that they literally start to freeze and become slushy drinks. When it's super hot outside, those slushy drinks are amazing. Now it's September and the days are in the 80's and slowly cooling, and the fridge is still keeping everything inside nice and cool. This refrigerator has been great. To wrap things up, if you're looking for a 12 volt refrigerator the size of a large cooler at a reasonable price, this fridge fits the bill. If mine starts to fail, or it dies at some point in the future, I'll update this review again.

Worked for 3 months, and now it is intermittently working, I am working with their customer service to get this fix or replaced. It's a nice fridge cooler when it works, it was good for long trips and camping. Update Oct 7. No response from customer service, despite issue was recorded and sent, this fridge has stop maintaining set temp. Unreliable just like their customer service. Iam still under 12 month manufacturer warranty. Update Oct 17..customer service were able to help me despite the issue with the fridge, I worked with them by providing what they needed in troubleshooting the issue, I think the sensor or the computer board is malfunctioning, at the end, customer service sent me a new one. So far so good.

The EUHOMY Car Refrigerator performed beautifully, better than expected. However, it unfortunately arrived damaged during shipping, not the fault of EUHOMY. Customer Service was very easy to contact and very quick to respond. A replacement was shipped to us immediately and actually arrived quicker than the original. We cannot praise this company enough. As for the refrigerator, it is extremely quiet and dropped to below freezing in less than an hour with very low energy consumption. We needed more freezer space in our RV and this unit was exactly what we needed. Their outstanding customer service was an unexpected bonus! We will not hesitate to purchase from EUHOMY again in the future. Outstanding Company!
