Excellent product, I wanted to use for a few trips before leaving a review. This product works great!! Looks very nice, is very quiet and efficient. No more melted ice mess and we can keep ice-cream frozen. We camp a lot and should have got this sooner. I have used this fridge for a whole year now and it works great.Love the dual temperature function as I can take frozen food on my camping trips now, It is much lighter than my ARB fridge and uses less energy and runs less often. The only complaint I would have is it only has one port for the power plug so when switching from 12 volt to 110 volt you have to remove one plug and replace with the other. The ARB switches over power automatically and has two power ports and cords. Just a small issue but can be a hassle .

When not camping, it can be used to relieve my overstuffed refrigerator freezer. The temperature controls are easy to use. Compare to tiny hotel refrigerators, this thing is cold, and it looks good, anywhere in my house.

Had to return the product because the width of the spot I have is 23" and the width of the product was beyond that. Wish I had measured the actual width but if you look at the picture you can see this product is about twice as wide as it is tall but all dimensions are listed at within 150% of each other. I guarantee it is more than a foot wide. That said, all other aspects I was looking for were good: Looks good, suuuuuper efficient, easy to set up and control, quieter than my old cooler. I just wish it had a light inside, as I mostly use it at night. Didn't even notice it did not have that until I got it, and I immediately missed it.

This little fridge/freezer is amazing! I originally purchased the ICECO APL 20 for car camping in August 2024. Then Hurricane Helene hit and destroyed my car, my house, nearly everything. I have been living in shelters & hotels since. (Picture is of my hotel ‘kitchen’ set up at the hotel I’m currently at.) The night of the Hurricane, I put as many valuable items as I could on higher ground. Never expecting the waters to reach upward of 5’, I thought the tops of my dressers would suffice for most of my belongings. Out of room, I placed my ICECO APL 20 on top of my bed in hopes it wouldn’t fall off into the water. When I returned to my house the next day, EVERYTHING on top of my dressers were destroyed as the flood waters tipped them all over. My mattress floated & my ICECO APL 20 was saved though!!! Being displaced awaiting on FEMA assistance, I’ve had to move around to several shelters and hotels. I’ve brought my ICECO APL 20 with me and it’s been a lifesaver as far as its versatility; when at a shelter, I’ve been able to store food & not be reliant upon inconsistent food delivery service. And when at hotels, I’ve utilized it as a freezer to store meats, pizza, breakfast bar items & donated foods for the days when food delivery service does not show. Soon I’ll be traveling with my ICECO APL 20 & realized I lost the vehicle charging cable in the flood so I called ICECO Customer Service. I only called customer service to make sure I didn’t order the wrong cable. I never imagined what happened next. Val & Mark with ICECO Customer Service, handled my concerns with compassion & enthusiasm in helping resolve my issue of needing a vehicle charging cable and asked me to give them a day to ask their managers if they could help me out with a warranty claim on the missing cable. They promptly y emailed me & then followed up with a telephone call and with management approval, they’re honoring a warranty claim due to the cable being destroyed - without my having to send them the damaged cable in because of the extraordinary circumstances. I was already impressed with ICECO’s products so It’s comforting to know that the company as a whole matches their quality products with excellent customer service and support. Fantastic overall experience. I cannot wait to be able to afford the ICECO APL 35 for car camping with my new car and continue using the APL 20 as a mini-freezer. Thank you Val and Mark for putting a smile on my face and being so kind! 😊

UPDATE, after two camping trips I can confidently say I love this product!! Works perfect and never need to worry about or need to grab more ice. I am very pleased with the ICECO fridge/freezer! I set the small compartment to 0 and the large compartment to 35 degrees and added a bag of ice in the small area and 30 drinks to the large area. It worked perfectly! The ice stayed completely frozen to make drinks with later and all the other liquids in the large area were chilled but not frozen. I can’t wait to take this camping this season!
