How about sending all the parts and put some ink in the printer that’s printing the directions? All around the worst experience putting together. Luckily my husband was able to put it together but not without a lot of hardware visits and cussing.

The small canopy on the top had a number of tears in the material. All 4 poles were damaged badly. The bases were badly bent, and one of the poles on the top was bent as well. I was able to assemble but the damage is obvious. Not real happy
