We have used Eufy vacuums for several years. This unit replaced a vacuum that wore out after several years of daily use. This was an upgrade for us in that it uses a more methodical cleaning algorithm that does not get lost or stuck like the earlier models. I was very impressed with how well it cleans. I have to empty the bin every other day while I could go 3 days with the older model. Same size bin. We have 2 big dogs and the vacuum cleans an area with both carpet, rugs and tile. We run it every night about 4:30 AM and by the time we get up it is finished and recharging.

So this doesn’t have LIDAR and it doesn’t support much on the app, things like geofencing and such, but it’s pretty damn cheap and does a solid job. A big plus for me is that there’s no bags to continue to buy, it just empties itself into a container and you empty that in the trash. Honestly, if you don’t need all sorts of fancy gadgets, this is a pretty solid choice.

I have owned so many robot vaccums that break and aren't convenient to use (no app access, etc.). This Eufy robot is phenomenal. I love it so much. I have four dogs and it picks up their hair so well. I have it scheduled to run every night and then I only have to vacuum with my Dyson once a week. Again, four dogs haha. But this honestly keeps my house so clean and I notice if I don't run it for a couple of days. Couldn't recommend it more. I have convinced so many people to buy one and they all have and are completely obsessed.

I loved my Eufy RoboVac circa 2021. This new version has 2 major issues, "mapping", which is not as good as it sounds and no remote. The mapping just means it goes back and forth. In my small house it just means it got stuck moving back and forth but with 10,000 mini bumps and turns around my furniture. And it could never find the other side of my great room because it wouldn't go in that direction unless I picked it up. Then it was stuck in THAT side of the great room. Ugh. No remote means I always had to have my phone at arms reach anytime I neede to do anything with the vacuum. Very inconvenient. Returned and bid farwell to Eufy. Trying another brand now.

This robot uses older primitive technology. For $20 more you can get a similar Eufy with LIDAR navigation, which is just way better.

My second robot vac and is much better than the first ( not Eufy). Low height gets it under all the furniture, fun’s very quietly and does an excellent job. Very happy with it
