  • So effing polite!!!
Size: 11S Max
It's kinda crazy how much I love this little guy!!! He's truly not the brightest bulb, but that never stops him from doing his job! I swear he will vacuum every last thing in our house or die trying! I just hope he knows he's truly loved for his tenacity and spunk! Surprisingly, on top of that, he is also the MOST polite robot vacuum I've ever encountered. He stops just short of hitting most items and will give everything else just the gentlest of nudges. Whoever designed his leg turns... pure genius. I love watching him make tight turns around absolutely any and every furniture leg in the house as well as every edge of wall and outside corners (no inside corners, but so forgivable bc those are the only areas he misses!) His brushes work crazy well at moving all dirt, dust, and crumbs into his path and his tummy brush does the rest. Speaking of which, whoever designed that little cleaning brush that comes with him, again, pure genius. I can clean every single part of him with that and get all the long tangled hairs out of places that usually make me cry on other vacuums. He's already a month old and still in super clean, great shape bc of that brush! And that's another thing - I just think the designers of this machine were on top of their game with thoughtfulness. The additional brushes and zip ties and that cleaning brush/comb thing. SO thoughtful and SO appreciated! The ease of cleaning this vacuum is commendable and they should truly be awarded. After using it a few times a week for a month now I have decided it's best if I'm around when he's running around but only bc of his tenacity. He will get stuck in places that he shouldn't really fit because he's so determined - but I truly don't see that as a con, but more as an awesome perk. He's also made it home every time all by himself to get charged, just don't watch him as he goes cause it'll test your patience for sure! And last, I thought maybe there was something wrong with him right out of the box bc he kept "turning off" and wanting to go home way before he was out of battery, but as I kept watching him sometimes do this and other times do just fine, it finally dawned on me that he was doing it in the same area of my kitchen where I have a black and white rug! He would just get freaked out by it! LOL poor little guy! Sincerely, Thank you so much Eufy! I am a big fan of my new housecleaning helper "Tank!" Pros: Will not run into stuff! So good at sensing and when it doesn't know something is gonna be in its way it will still only nudge it. Wonderfully quiet. Just loud enough to know he is working, but not so loud that he's distracting. Super easy to clean, comes with the most ingenious cleaning tool and the dirt bin and wheels very easy to clean. Edging capability is out of this world. Will go along the edges of your entire house. Short height allows for him to get under a lot of furniture. It will not go under a bed with a skirt or under curtains that reach the floor. The most graceful leg turns - he will dance around your dining table and chairs with ease. Cons: Not at all a fair complaint bc Eufy does sell mapping vacuums, but thought I'd mention it so people don't buy this version if they want mapping capabilities. Doesn't like white baseboards. It will steer clear of any white baseboard (will stay roughly 5-6" away from them) unless you tell it to go edging and even then it can be shy about getting close to them. Not great on all carpets - it doesn't do flat carpets very well. My front entry mat always has lint left on it after its been vacuumed - it picks up the dirt, but leaves a lot of carpet lint that's sitting on the main brush. TBH I racked my brain just now to think of those.... not worth not buying it for those three cons!!! I'm hopeful that it'll have a good long life with us! ... show more

This device is incredibly beneficial for saving time and manual effort. It performs an excellent cleaning job and is easy to operate with an advanced app. The only requirement is picking up items. .

  • Good quality, excellent vacuuming power, not connected to the Internet which I like
Size: 11S Max
I like this little guy and I like that it’s not a smart product but I didn’t expect it to actually be so dumb. It isn’t connected to Alexa and I liked that about it but it doesn’t go in a straight line half the time and it can’t seem to find its way back to the docking station. It does drive me crazy that it’s not mappable and it will clean the same area over and over and over but miss a whole section and then run out of juice and have to go take a nap and recharge. But it does do great on the edges and it does go under things because it’s slim - traditional bots probably can’t get under some of the things this one does and I like that it comes in white. It’s very easy to clean it’s just kind of annoying because I sometimes find myself sweeping to it or following it around with a remote control to make it go a certain way. However my husband loves it and has stop shutting all the doors to every single bedroom because now he doesn’t care of the cats hide under the bed during a thunderstorm because this thing goes in and out underneath the bed and does a really great job. The suction power is awesome and it does pick up cat fur and litter and everything. It’s a really good vacuum I just wish I could get it to do a better job just in one room but that’s my fault because I have an open house. I don’t have doors to keep it in one room at a time - that would help the problem but The layout of my house is not like that. So anyway it’s a pretty good purchase for the price and my suggestion would be to use the honey app because I added it to the wish list and two days after I bought it the price went down $40 and then six days after that I got another honey alert that my drop listed item had a new price and it was $60 cheaper so I would say add it to your wish list on honey first and wait to get that email alert and then buy it and you should save some money. I would suggest getting the warranty just in case it runs into the cat water bowl. Hope this helps somebody! (I did not tell my husband that it ran into the cat water bowl LOL and it’s still running! 🤣) ... show more

  • Works great on hardwood and marble floors
Size: C20 Omni
So far it’s been great. My husband installed it. It really helps me out with keeping the floors of our new house clean. It is definitely an upgrade from some older models that we’ve had in the past. It doesn’t get stuck as often. It does a great job of cleaning and mopping the floors. We have both hardwood and marble floors— handles both with ease. I thought it would struggle with the various carpets and runners we have throughout the house but it handles them with ease. ... show more

  • This vacuum sucks. But that's the point, isn't it?
Size: 11S Max
UPDATE: One year later, and I'm still very pleased with this vacuum. I've had no problems, apart from needing to occasionally replace the brushes (I've done this twice, and it's relatively inexpensive) and clean out the filter (which can get clogged up with dust and grime). And I'm still horrified at the amount of dirt/hair it picks up, thinking about how infrequently I used to vacuum before. Original review: After a recent move to a house with mostly hard floors (instead of carpet), my wife and I found ourselves pretty constantly covered in cat hair (from our two feline housemates). Whereas in the carpeted house it was easier to ignore or miss (because the carpet would hold onto it), the hard floors make it very obvious just how much our cats are shedding. We'd sweep the floors, and by the next day they needed it again. Enter: this vacuum. I did a decent amount of research, and found that this vacuum seemed to be the best combination of quality product + affordable price. So I pulled the trigger. Every day, this thing runs at 10am and ping-pongs around the main floor of my house (all hard floors, with one large rug). I've had to sort of robot-proof the house (making sure to keep loose cords off the floor, cat toys, etc.), but once I'd done that, it runs pretty much on its own, without any necessary input from me. While it clearly doesn't have a plan for how it's attacking the dirt on the floors, it's long runtime (nearly two hours in my case) means that it pretty well covers every bit of floor. When the battery is low, it then ping-pongs itself back to the charger, to be ready to go again the next day. It generally finds the charger eventually, though I occasionally get frustrated and help direct it there manually. I clean out the bin every day, and I have been sort of horrified at just how much dirt and cat hair it collects. Especially when I think back to how infrequently I vacuumed in the old (carpeted) house. Eesh. Overall, I'm very pleased with this vacuum. I've only had it for about a week, so time will tell how it performs over time. But as long as it doesn't die, I think I'll continue to be happy with it. A couple of minor complaints: --It can be frustrating watching the thing ping-pong randomly around the room. I suggest setting it to run at a time when you won't be around to watch it. --There's relatively little schedule flexibility built in. Your schedule options are: a) no schedule, or b) every day at the exact same time. I can imagine it would be nice to, say, schedule it every other day (especially if you don't have pets), or skip vacuuming on the weekends when you'll be around. But you don't have any options like that, unfortunately. --If you're running it on carpet, it does leave lines like a regular vacuum cleaner would. But the lines reflect the random ping-pong pattern the vacuum takes around the room. If you're someone who needs the nice straight lines from a traditional vacuum in your carpet, this might be annoying. ... show more

  • Does a great job.
Size: C20 Omni
This is amazing. It maps quickly with my house. Washes and vacuums. I have low pile rugs so it doesn't turn up the edges when it comes on them. So far I love it. Easy set up, but if you only have that Eufy device then download the Eufy clean app. That works the best for managing the vacuum.

  • This Little Bot Sucks....In A Good Way! This Little Bot Sucks....In A Good Way!
Size: 11S Max
A great robotic vacuum for the price! Cleans well. Isn't too noisy. Easily makes the transition between hardwood and carpet/rugs. Cleans right up to the stairs and the sensors keep it from going over the edge as designed. The combination of sensors on this vacuum ensures that it cleans up without needing to "map" the room. The IQ Boost and edge cleaning function perfectly. The cat even likes it! He is quite entertained by watching it work. I don't even miss the lack of WiFi connectivity; the included remote does the job and gives you the ability to easily re-direct if you feel the need. I recently tried out a Roomba 980 and ended up returning it. It did not seem to clean any better or pick up any more dirt. It was MUCH noisier, almost as loud as a full sized vacuum cleaner. The cliff sensors on the Roomba kept it from transitioning from hard wood to carpet, unlike the sensors on the Eufy which seem to be perfectly calibrated. The app has no functionality to allow you to use as a remote and re-direct the vacuum should you want. The app basically only lets you start and stop the cleaning cycle and the bot determines where it will go with it's sensors and mapping software. ... show more

  • Changing Rating
Size: 11S Max
8/21/2023 After living with this device for over a year, I can say it is about the dumbest "smart" device possible. It CONSTANTLY gets stuck in the EXACT same spots. It runs in a room that is 20x15 and gets stuck at least three times in the SAME PLACE every time it runs. This device is supposed to "learn" the room's layout - HA! Not. It does a good job of vacuuming and is reasonably quiet (especially compared to our iRobot...YIKES). But constantly having to free it from the same "traps" is extremely frustrating. If you have any obstacles or furniture in the room or anything it CAN get caught on or under, your patience WILL be tested. Original Review: We had a major brand vacuum robot years ago (when there was really only one brand...). It was "ok" at best, but didn't impress us. We have four cats, a dog, and we live near the Beach, so it's a challenge to keep our house even remotely clean. Before using the EUFY, there was hair EVERYWHERE - on our desks, counters, floating through the air, everywhere. We'd dust, but of course, there was hair on the floor and when we'd vacuum, it would get stirred up and redeposited everywhere. EVERYWHERE. I was not expecting the EUFY to help with keeping dust/hair off tables, counters, desk, but running it about 90 minutes a day is a MIRACLE. We have to empty it two or three times, but that's FINE with us. What it picks up is AMAZING. It's not just the 'big stuff' or hair, but DIRT that it's sucking up. We tap-clean the filter almost every time we clean the bin because it's doing such a great job cleaning up after the animals. Honestly, my allergies are so much better now that there is less dander, dirt, and hair floating around because my floors are much, much cleaning. Overnight charge lasts a little over two hours of "tough cleaning". DOES get stuck under furniture and it LOVES cables... but that's just a little prep that needs to happen before it goes on its merry way, cleaning the whole house. We're able to work (from home) and the Do-Bot (our nickname for it), really helps keep the house much cleaner. 100% recommend it - we're thinking about getting a 2nd one for our master bedroom (closed off for one of the pets). ... show more
