I wanted a nice wet/dry mop & vacuum in one and knew it wasn’t going to be cheap. I went with this primarily because of the Ozone O3 feature. I wanted less chemicals and yet effective removing germs and bacteria. Because my dog likes drop his food onto the floor and eat it, I want it to be nontoxic and safe for him to do so. Additionally, my dog likes to roll on the floor and then on couch and bed and then it gets onto me, again don’t want any of those germs and bacteria. The charging last long (uses 40% on 1600sq ft home). The set up and emptying cleaning process is super easy. Refill of water for self cleaning is needed after running through the whole house, which is no big deal since it just takes 30 seconds. I’m just blown away at how dark the dirty water is when I empty it! After cleaning - the floor has a natural clean sterilized smell - no chemical or scented smell at all.     • Terrible product
Unless you wash and dry the water container after every use mold grows and it smells. I tried to love this product but it’s very very hard to maintain. It also does not get near edges at all- I imagine 99% of people are trying to mop around a kitchen and you can’t even reach crumbs

    • Makes cleaning SO easy
I always hurt my back sweeping and mopping. Every time. I bought an i7 Roomba to help with vacuuming/sweeping regularly, but I still have to mop. I’ve been holding out on getting this because it’s so expensive, but it’s worth every penny. I plan to use girl math to “justify” this purchase. The auto pull of the Mach V1 is great! No more pushing your mop. The handle is long enough that I don’t have to stoop (hurt my back). I’m 5’7”. It said charge for 4 hrs, but mine was 100% charged after maybe an hour at the most (I wasn’t paying a ton of attention). It was easy to use right out of the package. I used it in my kitchen and then made my way to my bedroom. My dog has a UTI and had an accident on my rug. After putting vinegar water on it, my room stunk so bad. I tried rinsing it out, but decided to wait for this to come in. I did pour more water on the spot because the Mach V1 doesn’t saturate the rug enough for what I needed (a thorough rinse). It sucked up the water, and now my room doesn’t stink. I ended up sprinkling some baking soda to help remove the smell completely so we’ll see how that goes. I couldn’t wait to review this! The media could not be loaded. I have purchased products from Anker before, and I trust this brand. As I was looking for a floor cleaning machine that can handle both dry and wet trash, I decided to purchase this product. The experience of using it after purchase was excellent! The cleaning effect is fantasic! The floor stains can be cleaned efficently. Every time I clean, I am surprised by the state of the dirty water in the sewage tank, realizing how dirty my floor was! The floor type it can handle is broad: in addition to performing well on hard floors, it can also be used on carpets. The product is cordless and an all-in-one machine, so you can use it immediately without any assembly, it is very convenient and easy to use. The self-cleaning function is great, the active water cleaning release my hand, and the process is pretty quite.
