Product is great. Pros: 1. Easy to use. 2. Makes drinks that have beautiful layers and great flavor. 3. All the accessories are appreciated: double-walled cups (large and small) and the tamper/spoon. 4. All you need to start playing with this new toy is in the same box! Cons: 1. I purchased it for office use, so I haven't tried the grinder or the stencils, because I would rather avoid the potential clean-up (over carpet...) 2. It does not make regular black coffee, only espressos and drinks using the espressos. 3. The noise is a bit loud, especially when using the Clean mode. 4. The milk reservoir spout (through which milk goes into cup) would drip, if you want to put the reservoir in the fridge to keep the un-used milk. 5. The milk reservoir is hard to clean. The small soft tube inside and the spout probably would take a pipe cleaner to clean. I just end up running the Clean mode and hope that's enough. ------- I contacted the seller for some questions and let them know that a part seemed like it was not working perfectly. They shipped me a replacement of the part right away. AND they initiated multiple contacts after to make sure that I received the replacement and we are completely satisfied. Doing your job is good; following up on customers' requests in a timely matter makes you stand out; following through with the requests takes outstanding service. I had a different system that lasted a little over 6 months. When it failed I decided to shop for a system that would improve on the dislikes I had on my older system. The “all in one” makes really good coffees. Perfect milk or froth made easy. The milk is contained in its own compartment that I simply return to fridge when I’m done Cleaning feature should extend life of the machine and help coffee quality Here is the best part “service” Wanted to order additional glasses and received prompt courteous response Any product is just as good as the people that support it ... show more

The media could not be loaded. A few weeks ago I was walking along Bleecker street in NYC and stumbled into a hole-in-the-wall coffee bean store called Porto Rico Importing. I decided to pop in and grab some fresh beans from Italy. Now I just needed the machine :) I ordered this bad boy and been using it every morning. Highly recommend! I love how fast it makes the coffee and the milk frother heats up quickly. I did a lot of research before I bought this machine and it is worth every penny! It has a single stage boiler but that plenty for just home use, and the magnetic inline pump sounds robust! It’s not a loud unit and no pressure gauge, but it defiantly puts out the bar needed at the the right temp. I love the milk froffer too! Easiest thing to clean ever! I put the milk in and once I’m done run some water threw it and done! I’ve already made caramel and vanilla lattes, maciattos, and pumpkin spice lattes! My personnel favorite is making the caramel maciatto and adding another shot. My wife loves it to so I’m saving a lot of money from buying Starbucks! ... show more

A simple looking machine but can do single/dounle expresso, Latte witch is more like Americano. You can do Cappucino. The only criticism it does not heat the milk hot enough for my taste. What I do I zap the cold milk for about 25 sec in the micro and then put in the frother. My wife loves it as it is. ... show more

I bought this machine a little over a month ago. As a barista, this is a great at-home espresso machine when I want my fix. It makes a great espresso drink and the ability to customize shot sizes is even better! Tastes just like the ones I make at the coffee shop I work at. I 100% recommend this machine. Don’t believe the reviews that say it is hard to clean or leaks. Both are false if you simply follow the instructions provided to you. 1) clean the machine after each use (as easy as a touch of a button), and 2) do not forget to empty the drip tray when you are done making your drink. Simple as that. Only complaint: I love the two cappuccino cups and shot glasses that this machine came with. BUT. The glass is very thin, so you must be extra careful. This morning I plopped 2 cubes of ice in my cappuccino cup and the inside glass shattered. I was trying to be careful, but this glass is very very thin. I am quite sad about it still, to be honest! But I will not say that broken glass ruins my experience or my recommendation of this machine. Get one now and satisfy those stay-at-home espresso needs! Pro tip: grocery stores sell syrup flavorings for your favorite home crafted drinks. I reluctantly bought the Starbucks brand, but I will admit they are darn tasty with this machine! ... show more

I would use zero rating if possible... This is the very first review that I post - this machine is a huge dissapointment together with gringer that comes with it.Stopped steaming milk after a month even with regular cleaning and maintanance. ***UPDATE*** Even though product was not what I expected in terms of durability and stopped working after a month( right after return window expired ) , customer service did a great job taking it back and refunding money.
