Have had the chair for a few days now and like it a lot (compared to my old chair). It was easy to put together. All nuts, bolts, washers, and tools came inside the box. Pretty good quality and looks. We have 3 other fairly expensive gaming chairs and this one is better than all the others in terms of comfort and usability. And this chair was cheaper. The chair itself is 5 star imo. The only concern is that it would probably be better for a bigger person. The arm rests are a little high and I'm not heavy enough to keep it reclined all the way back without resting my arm on the desk. Speaking of the arm rests, these are great since they can be pushed up and completely out of the way when playing guitar. The details of this armrest cushion are well done, it has an even memory foam padding with no gaps or unevenness. It also has well made edges that won't scratch your wrists. After using it, I obviously feel a lot more comfortable in my wrist and my office experience has been upgraded.
