The white leatherette is soft and supple, and doesn't make my room look too "dark" like my old black chair. The metal accents reflect the light and brighten my room, look very classy, and feel sturdier than plastic. It was relatively easy to assemble; I am a 5'2'' petite woman, and managed to put it together by myself within 30 minutes. If you have trouble with the caster wheels, try pinching the wire around the head of the post with pliers; it helped to make inserting them much easier (I used jewelry pliers I had on hand). Everything else was easy to assemble, and I loved that the parts packaging came in one piece, with each piece clearly separated from the others and labeled as per the instructions. No digging around the bottom of the box for a small plastic baggy of non-descript screws. This chair might be best suited for medium to small people. It's just large enough to be roomy for me. I am short, and my legs don't touch the ground even on the lowest setting, but I can sit fully cross-legged, and can adjust myself in several comfortable positions (leaning to the right or left, with my feet up on the chair), but someone much larger might find it cramped. My head comes just perfectly to the headrest. My larger brother (6'0'' and 200 lbs.) sat briefly in it, and it creaked and protested a lot, but I don't have any creaking when I sit in it. He mentioned that it felt "hard," but I feel like it's just "sturdy;" the cushioning might not yield much, but it also doesn't feel like it's going to sink into a pancake within a couple of months. If you want more "pillowy" cushioning, though, it might not be for you, or you might want to sit on another cushion. The back support feels lovely when I lean back, cradling my lower back just right. I can sit in this chair for several hours comfortably, watching movies, gaming, or surfing the net, plus I love the look of it, so it's perfect for me!

So this chair feels great and looks awesome!! This is also the bad part cuz it is white and the leather is like supple and soft feeling and like seems to stain if you look at it wrong keeping it looking awesome is gonna a challenge I think. I would say people with kids or pets that like to get on your furniture etc this is not for you. I don't have any of those and I put something over it as a cover and still it has a stain on the seat now that I have bought some lather cleaner and conditioner and hoping that will fix it. Which by the way it is hard to even shop for that looking for one that says safe for white leather :/ .... Price was fantastic tho and it looks great everyone who sees it says wow and nice and for what I paid for it despite the drawbacks I am pleased .... same chair in black and brown was quite a bit more and I doubt would get the double takes this one does it is very good looking the pics don't do it justice ..... Also it came real quickly packaging seemed a little lacking and was damged so much I took pics just in case but everything was all right inside when I opened it which is surprising for the reasons noted above. also was pretty easy to put together myself all though it would have been super easy with one other person even a kid to put the base under the chair in the right spot when I lifted it. but I managed fine enough and had it together in like an hour but that is because I get side tracked and do other things n stuff at the same time I think I could have had it together in 15 mins otherwise.

First let me say this review is for the product itself....not the shipping because that was maybe a 2 star rating as it arrived 12 days from the date I ordered it. Amazon refunded my shipping cost and made it right. But the chair itself is LIFE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was well worth the wait. It's firm, supportive in all the right places, leans back and rocks so smoothly and the vibrating massage feature is a nice added touch. I love the feel of the material, it has like a powder smooth feel to it. It has a deep seat which I love because I often sit on one of my feet under my other leg. The back support cushion I can feel where my kidneys are and it seems to envelope me. My husband assembled it with ease, he said the directions were very clear and anyone should be able to assemble with ease. He did say where the back and seat bolt together, may need 2 people to hold in place during assembly because he had a little bit of a hard time alone getting the bolts started by himself.

I rarely write reviews on products, but this product was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I bought this chair less than two years ago. If was a little time consuming to put together and one of the screws would not line up to the base so it never screwed in the whole way. I was very meticulous about tightening the screws because of this every couple months. Recently, the chair started leaning to one side. This got progressively worse within a week, when you raised the seat the hydraulic would just fall down and the seat would not stay up. Then the chair was leaning in all directions, like when you are on an amusement ride and the ride is throwing you around in your seat. I tried to deal with it for a couple of hours but then it completely broke off the base and sent me to the floor. Save your money and don't buy this one, it is not worth the money.
