I actually bought this as a gift for a family member, and we both went on a short 3-day trip this past weekend. This is an excellent carry-on. It has plenty of space, is lightweight, rugged, and beautiful and well as functional. It fits perfectly in an overhead bin, and I like that it has latches instead of zippers. The only thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the luggage, but the method of shipping by Amazon. They had chosen to ship it by Parcel Pool, which took 2 weeks to get here, instead of the normal Prime shipping of 2=3 days. A shoutout to Luggex Customer Service. Right rear wheel is broken and won't move but I'm guessing this occurred in transit because the bottom of the box was severely damaged upon delivery. And I'm gonna be out of town so now the return has to wait! 1 star it is. I'm super upset!!! UPDATE Contacted the Seller and I must say the Customer Service was exceptional! They quickly replaced my damaged bag and responded to me asap. Although I do thing the 20inch is a bit small it feels sturdy. I will definitely consider future products ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have traveled around the world, probably six times. My favorite carry luggage, up until now, was a very sturdy off brand zipper less luggage very much like this one but the locking mechanism was flawed and didn’t last. But this one is different. It has an out side locking system that is simple yet sturdy. The hinges are sturdy with no play. The wheels are much quieter than my wife’s samsonite carry on. And best of all it has no zipper on the outside. I can’t tell you how many time zippers fail on a luggages; and if that happens your clothes end up on the floor of the airport. Just on this trip alone my wife’s luggage zipper cross-zipped three times creating a weak point in the plastic zipper that can open up. This one closes super easy and has a rubber seal between the two aluminum edges. Very well built. The pull out handle is sturdy also. I like that the handles “soft close” so they don’t make noise. Nothing in the inside is particularly special than other luggages so not much to say there. I got the smallest one 20” inch. It fit just fine in all of the overhead compartments that I have tried. So far I have used it on seven flights and so far no issues. ... show more

This piece is visually appealing and, for the first couple trips, I felt it was a good purchase. But this bag is economically constructed, as the inside zippers are extremely flimsy, the wheels get wobbly, the handle is wobbly and the bag seems to need more pushes and pulls (in the beginning it glided nicely). The latch closures are nice, I’m a once a week traveler, this isn’t for us and not good for world travels, as the wheels have a 20mile guarantee.
