Was in the market for a new office chair. Specifically a red & black ergonomic style chair. That’s what I searched and there weren’t many. Once I seen this one, I thought “PERFECT”. It had exactly what I was looking for and sweetened the deal with the price attached. Received it yesterday and was pleasantly surprised that it WAS perfect (IMO for my wants/expectations). It was EXTREMELY well packaged. The build is not flimsy, very well built with a nice modern look to it given the red accent. The directions were clear, detailed and concise (with pics lol). I’d say it took approximately 20-30 to put together. The lumbar for your back is GREAT! Very comfortable. Height levels wasn’t a concern for me but it’s normal. Not too high and not too low. The ONLY reason of “flaw” I had (4 star instead of 5) was because the arm rests, although I like the 4 way movements it doesn’t seem to “lock” in place when at the top position. Slight pressure they go down. This is possible a mistake in my assembly. I will double check and edit if necessary. Either way, I’m very pleased and would recommend.

Thumbs Up, for the thoughtful packing! The box was well packed with extra cardboard paddings to protect arm pads and headrest from rubbing against the box. Unpacking the parts and assembling them into a chair was a breeze. The chair nicely contours my body with many adjustable features: depth adjustable mesh seat, lumbar support with 3 adjustment levels up and 2 levels out for working positions, armrests mechanism for height controls and swivel, and headrest with tilt adjustments. The chair reclines enough for relaxation or a quick break. The air mesh material on the seat and back has good elasticity and is sturdy and breathable. A piece of advice if I may, when adjusting the lumbar support and armrests, you want to try a couple of clicks/levels at a time to keep them locked in. If you pull them all the way up or out (beyond the last level), they will automatically get unlocked and will fall back to the bottom level. (Think a ratcheting mechanism, 3 clicks up, 4th click reset.) So far, I am very pleased and enjoying the chair. This would be a good chair for anyone who is searching for a comfortable and sturdy office chair.

I am going to say right of the bat the reason for 2 starts and not 1 is that the build quality is very good and that the head/neck rest is great. Other than that there are several draw backs to this chair. The first being that the lumbar support does not go high enough. At the highest setting the top part of the support only reaches the middle of the lumbar region. I am 5'8" so it should not be an issue to hit the full lumbar region. Second, the actual seat is way skinner then what the measurments state. The hard plastic on the sides cut into my thighs unless I sit perfectly center with legs close together and with the inside of my knees nearly touching. Not comfortable. Third, not sure if this was a demo or something (I ordered a new one) but the arm rests can't stay in one spot. You rest an elbow on them and if you move the armrest moves as well. The click you should hear when you adjust the armrests is nearly non-existent so you get no resistance when adjusting them. Finally the whole back support does not come forwards enough. It states that it goes to a 90 degree angle but for me to use the head rest I have to have the headrest at to furthest point forward and then lean back about 10 degress to actually touch the headrest, again not comfortable. I would not recommend this char to anyone. I don't return things much, but in this instance I probably. Such a pain having to disassemble and re-package for it to be returned.

I have used this chair for 3 weeks and I’m getting rid of it. Seat netting is thin, no real cushion. Doesn’t use levers to adjust, but instead uses a button/switch so adjustments/tilt aren’t fluid. The lumbar support doesn’t help and slides out out of place. Don’t waste your time. Price dropped over $100 right after I purchased it.

Chair is as good as everyone says. It's much better than sitting on a regular padded chair, the fabric really holds you while sitting. The chair is nearly perfect, but I'm taking 2 stars off because it's a low seated chair. I've owned the chair for a few months, and it irritates me now that it does not rise any higher.. I'm only 5'9! But I feel this was made for someone who was 5'6 or shorter. The other issues I have is the headrest isn't 100% secure, it moves out of place more often than I'd like it to. Lastly, during installation. The screws at the base of the chair are in a position that doesn't make using an automatic screwdriver or small drill very easy. If you try to angle it, you risk stripping the screws that are very easy to strip. UPDATE: I would not recommend purchasing this chair if you're taller than 5'7. The way my knees bend makes me feel stiff. Also when leaning back, it's not that supportive for your back. The lower part sticks out too much while reclining and the top part caves in more than is comfortable for that position. So I feel stiff when sitting upright because of the knees, and I feel stiff reclining. The only thing that doesn't feel stiff is the seat because it's full mesh, no padding.
