I recently changed to Chirvana’s ergonomic office chair after spending months on my Razer Enki gaming chair, and the difference is remarkable. Right out of the box, I appreciated how much more adjustable the Model Zen is: the seat cushion glides forward and backward to accommodate different leg lengths—a feature the Enki lacks—and the armrests offer six-way adjustability (height, depth, lateral, and angle) to ensure perfect wrist alignment. In terms of support, Model Zen goes above and beyond by including both adjustable lumbar and neck pillows, which lock into just the right positions to keep my spine aligned during marathon work sessions. The all-mesh upholstery feels drastically more breathable than the Enki’s faux-leather and cloth combo; I used to finish afternoons with sweaty thighs on the Enki, but Model Zen stays cool even after hours. Best of all, while the Razer Enki costs $499, Model Zen delivers superior comfort and customization at a fraction of that price. Thumbs Up, for the thoughtful packing! The box was well packed with extra cardboard paddings to protect arm pads and headrest from rubbing against the box. Unpacking the parts and assembling them into a chair was a breeze. The chair nicely contours my body with many adjustable features: depth adjustable mesh seat, lumbar support with 3 adjustment levels up and 2 levels out for working positions, armrests mechanism for height controls and swivel, and headrest with tilt adjustments. The chair reclines enough for relaxation or a quick break. The air mesh material on the seat and back has good elasticity and is sturdy and breathable. A piece of advice if I may, when adjusting the lumbar support and armrests, you want to try a couple of clicks/levels at a time to keep them locked in. If you pull them all the way up or out (beyond the last level), they will automatically get unlocked and will fall back to the bottom level. (Think a ratcheting mechanism, 3 clicks up, 4th click reset.) So far, I am very pleased and enjoying the chair. This would be a good chair for anyone who is searching for a comfortable and sturdy office chair. ... show more

    • Don't bother. Bad packaging, poor quality, worst customer service and response. Total Headache!

Don't bother if you are outside US and even if you aren't I'll consider twice. Poor quality, missing assembly parts, broken pieces. Amazon customer service diligent and great as ever. Directed me to the supplier. They supposedly guaranteed the availability of the spare parts and promised delivery within 2 to 3 days. Supplier response basically, go back to amazon, we sell the image of a big company that can send our products anywhere in the world, but we will not give you support if you are outside US. I've been prime member for more than 2 decades, buyed from sellers and delivered products to me all around the world, had 2 or 3 issues along those years, always managed diligently by sellers and amazon, great post sale customer support. This case, not only bad quality on the delivered goods but a poor excuse of a response from the seller. If you can't deliver your products in good condition and working order, and you can't provide support for your own operations, then don't offer your services outside of your local territory. This will result in a bad experience, a mediocre product, and bad customer service with slow responses and no solutions. You'll be making excuses about your own poor logistics. I've never had such a lack of support, nor received a product with such poor quality control and construction. This experience has been a total waste of time and money. It's the worst experience I've had in more than 20 years as a prime member. ... show more

    • Not a comfortable chair- Stay away...

I am going to say right of the bat the reason for 2 starts and not 1 is that the build quality is very good and that the head/neck rest is great. Other than that there are several draw backs to this chair. The first being that the lumbar support does not go high enough. At the highest setting the top part of the support only reaches the middle of the lumbar region. I am 5'8" so it should not be an issue to hit the full lumbar region. Second, the actual seat is way skinner then what the measurments state. The hard plastic on the sides cut into my thighs unless I sit perfectly center with legs close together and with the inside of my knees nearly touching. Not comfortable. Third, not sure if this was a demo or something (I ordered a new one) but the arm rests can't stay in one spot. You rest an elbow on them and if you move the armrest moves as well. The click you should hear when you adjust the armrests is nearly non-existent so you get no resistance when adjusting them. Finally the whole back support does not come forwards enough. It states that it goes to a 90 degree angle but for me to use the head rest I have to have the headrest at to furthest point forward and then lean back about 10 degress to actually touch the headrest, again not comfortable. I would not recommend this char to anyone. I don't return things much, but in this instance I probably. Such a pain having to disassemble and re-package for it to be returned. ... show more
