This is an ergonomic chair meant for sitting and supporting your posture, not a recliner or bed — and it does that job extremely well. I recently bought this chair for my home office, and I’m really happy with it so far. It was easy to put together (took me about 20 minutes), and it feels sturdy. Positives: Solid build quality and overall design. Pretty easy and intuitive to assemble (it took me about an hour). Seat comfort is outstanding. Reclining feels smooth and comfortable, and the slide-out foot rest is a great bonus. It's a great chair at this price point. Negatives: It leaves some things to be desired in terms of adjustability if you are prioritizing ergonomics. The seat pan depth is not adjustable and the default is slightly too deep for me (I'm 6'0", about 183cm, so that's a bad sign for anyone shorter). The armrests are also in a fixed position, which I find too low for proper arm support. The lumbar support is solid, but would be nicer if it was on a slider so the height could be adjusted. That said, these are features that I'd expect at a much higher price point. Everything came as advertised and I'm very happy with the product.
