This is set is very uncomfortable and not made well at all. I bought this seat to work in and I’m ln pain daily while sitting in it! It’s not sturdy, It leans forward, the only good thing about it is this ability to vibrate. If you’re sitting in the seat for more than an hour, I would highly recommend that you choose something else. This is a pretty comfortable chair. I'm pretty tall and think there might be better ones for tall people. The massage is only vibration and has different settings for pattern and intensity. My dog chewed the cord and it was pretty much impossible to order a replacement via Amazon feedback. I had to figure out what the replacement was on my own and had to order a magnifying glass to read what ahat the cord said. It tips over pretty easy if the seat back is reclined and I lean back into it. Might have to do with my height. For a desk chair that vibrates it's overall a good value. I am a big guy (6'1" and 300 lbs) and I purchased this chair as a replacement for my previous home office chair. And I have to say, for a chair that is rated for up to 450lbs, the air cyclinder only held up for about two weeks before it started sliding down when being sat in. The massager vibrates, but does not help much, unless you turn on the heat - then it helps a little. But - Being a Big and Tall chair - full back hight hits me at about mid-shoulderblade, so the massage feature, just doesn't cut it and never helps out your neck at all. Also, the chair wants to rock back slightly and fall to the right, making it uncomfortable for sitting more than 20 minutes or so, because you feel like you need to lean forward in order to be sitting correctly. The padding for you butt is almost non existant compaired to the front padding. The front padding (that is under your legs) is too much compaired to the butt padding, so your legs get irratated due to the loss of blood-flow and it pinches your nerves too! OUCH!!!! I would not suggest this chair at all. Not even my daughter - who is 12 years old, 5 ft tall at 100 lbs, thinks this chair is uncomfortalbe to sit in too! I am torn here. The description of this chair sounded great and the massage feature got me because I have some back/hip issues and I started working from home permanently. I needed something comfortable and with prompt delivery and this option appeared to fit those needs. I finally received the chair and assembled it, but attaching the armrest to the seat was difficult, as well as attaching the backrest of the chair to the sit because the pump that makes the backrest adjust was extended beyond the point in which it would had screwed comfortably prior to use. We had to use our body weight to force it into the right extension so it would be possible to attach. The screws holes for the armrests did not seem properly made to fit the screws so they had to be forced into the holes and I opted to skip installing the washers to make it a bit easier. Once assembled, I charged the chair and tested the massage feature, but it is not worth it. It can barely be felt in its highest mode and it is just a vibration on different back and thigh spots, and the overall quality does not appear robust. It may start to rip soon because the fabric and the filling do not feel strong. The instructions manual encourages people to contact seller but there is no contact info, so it has to be done through Amazon. I called the customer service line and I asked for return options as I was willing to drive to the closest store or warehouse location to return the assembled chair with its original packaging because I am not happy with the purchase and quality, but the best Amazon offered was for me to disassemble, fit everything in the box, (which by the way, was delivered already with some rips), and drop it at a mail carrier of preference. So, if you want this chair you might have better luck, but if something goes wrong and after testing it you are not happy, you are on your own unless you really want to carry it and repack it for a return. From experience, there are other stores with better customer experience and return policies for furniture, and it would be worth paying a little bit more for the product and the customer experience. I wanted something fast and chose a cheap option, so I certainly got what I paid for, and clearly I got a cheap all around experience. So these are definitely a $100 or so that may end up in the trash a few months from now because I am stuck. I also ordered a standing desk, that I will not put together after delivery and will return immediately based on this experience.     • If you hate yourself get this one
We're almost to the chair's first gotcha day, and it has the following problems: *It falls constantly. I have to readjust it probably 10 times in a workday. *If you lean to pick up something on one side or the other more than a couple of times, the entire chair will lean that way forever. FOREVER. *It no longer stays upright. It's now in permanent "lean back" (not recline, oddly, that's the one feature that still works fine) mode. These have been problems for probably the last 6 months. Fun facts that have been the case since day 1: *The heat function is barely detectable *The "massage" feature just vibrates, and it's pretty lame If you want a chair that's okay-ish for about 5 months, this one will do a mediocre job. If you want a chair that will last at least a year, you will be very sad. Save your money and buy a better chair. I don't know what chair that is yet, because I'm still dealing with this complete garbage purchase. (Are office chairs supposed to die before they're a year old?
