Do not buy anything from this seller and do not expect Amazon to actually help you if you have a problem! This chair was advertised that seat would raise from 22 to 26 inches high. This is the main reason we purchased this chair as our desk if quite tall. In reality, this chair seat only raised to 22.5 inches high. When we contacted the seller about that they apologized but only offered a small refund or we could get a full refund if we returned the chair exactly as we had received it. That would be hard to do since it had already been put together and now we'd have to de-assemble it to return a chair we never would have ordered if they hadn't falsely advertised how high the seat would go. We reached out to Amazon to get a refund via their A to Z policy and 2 separate customer service reps (at different times) told me I did not need to return the chair and they would issue a full refund. We sent all the information to Amazon and yet they'd claim they didn't receive it and that we did need to return the chair before getting our refund. After going through all of that twice and about a months time we gave up and took the small refund from the seller and now we are stuck with a crappy chair that is way too short for our desk. Super disappointed that the seller falsely advertised how high the seat would go and that Amazon was not helpful in getting our money back. Seriously considering cancelling my Amazon Prime account and buying products elsewhere.

I give 3 stars the quality over all is great but my package was damaged and so not going to be able to use e the heat massage part and a little to low expectations were a little higher if the chair was a slight bit higher and the massage part was not damaged during shipping I would have been over all pleased

Chair is great I’ve had it for ~10 days at this point and it works well. Instructions are straightforward with pictures (I’ve put together an office chair before). The lumbar support is small and low so I’ve added my own pillow for more support. The chair takes some “breaking in”, I also added a pillow for my tailbone for sitting for long periods because (just like any chair) it comes out the box a little “stiff”. The massaging is largely a strong vibration vs rollers like other massage chairs and I haven’t used the heated feature as it’s still quite warm out. Overall, it works as intended.

Due to back issues I have a hard time sitting up all day while working this allows me to sit back put my feet up, shift around and when I'm hurting I can turn it on with the heat and the vibration it helps to work out the sore muscles. Hi Amazon Family! First I want to say the chair was extremely easy to assemble. The two stars are for the assembly only. Your child could more than likely put this together themselves. The quality of the chair is poor. I put it together and it looked nice however; Upon sitting on it I realized its actually pretty uncomfortable. It has the message settings, which is good for me because I was hit by a car a few months ago and will be working from home soon; That setting will definitely help me with my pain, while at work. The chair leans forward and I thought maybe I did something wrong, so I checked the chair and tried adjusting it, but it still wasn't right. I do not recommend this product. It will do until my work from home job starts. I will be looking for a new chair very soon. Buy at your own risk.

I absolutely LOVE,LOVE MY NEW PINK BABY! I am over the moon and the features are the best,massage and heat. I have had 3 car accidents and I needed this chair, it provides deep massage and comfortable heat with different modes and levels for your entire back. Only think Iam almost 6 feet, the foot rest is a bit too short for me. But overall Ism comfortable for my size, Iam 267lbs easy, good fit. The color is amazing, and the feel of real leather great. The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to love this chair for my home office. However, the remote will not work. Please see the video attached to this review. I did double check to ensure that all the cords are color coated which there are three cords, however it still will not work. I am very disappointed. Tried returning it through ups and it was $190 for shipping to the seller and that was more than the chair cost. I have in California . I’ve been trying to get some assistance with returning this chair and getting a refund for almost a week and still going back and forth with seller via message. I will be filing a claim with Amazon today due to defective item purchased through Amazon from a third party seller. I should have just not made the purchase after seeing another review of someone else having the same require with the remote not working but I went against my first mind and made the purchase anyway. Never again.
