Not only was this poorly made, it was uncomfortable. The vibration, even on the lowest setting, was so intense and loud, it rattled my brain. Next to impossible to get the footrest up and when it was up, it kept falling back down. Didn't even use it for an hour and had them take it back apart and I sent it back. Chair is great I’ve had it for ~10 days at this point and it works well. Instructions are straightforward with pictures (I’ve put together an office chair before). The lumbar support is small and low so I’ve added my own pillow for more support. The chair takes some “breaking in”, I also added a pillow for my tailbone for sitting for long periods because (just like any chair) it comes out the box a little “stiff”. The massaging is largely a strong vibration vs rollers like other massage chairs and I haven’t used the heated feature as it’s still quite warm out. Overall, it works as intended. ... show more

I absolutely LOVE,LOVE MY NEW PINK BABY! I am over the moon and the features are the best,massage and heat. I have had 3 car accidents and I needed this chair, it provides deep massage and comfortable heat with different modes and levels for your entire back. Only think Iam almost 6 feet, the foot rest is a bit too short for me. But overall Ism comfortable for my size, Iam 267lbs easy, good fit. The color is amazing, and the feel of real leather great. Shipping was fast. I don’t recommend going with a light color it will stain pretty quickly and look old. I sat with dark jeans and the chair stained and won’t come off ( I purchased the off white/cream color one). The massage feature is more like a vibration and very minimal. I was disappointed. The cushion is also very minimal after a month or two it feels like you are sitting on a plank of wood. You will need to get some cushion to put on top. I personally do not recommend this chair. The price is good but the chair is not of good quality. I would recommend to invest a bit more and get a good quality chair if you are someone like me who works from home and spends 8 hrs a day on it. ... show more

Chair is nice but it has a yellowish tint. The massage is a little lame. The recliner is a nice feature but not very sturdy. I’m afraid over time it will bend. It was a bit pricey for the lack of quality.

This chair is pretty and pink, but that is where the awesome stops. It is stiff, cheap and painful to sit on! such a disappointment -- DONT BUY THIS ONE IF YOURE GONNA SIT FOR MORE THAN 5 MINS. it is stiff, hard, and SUCKS
