Have had this chair since 2020 and it’s held up well. Nice lumbar support, arm rest adjustment heights work well for love you! Size. I also like that the chair is wide as I can sit with my legs cross crossed instead of down as an option. I’ve recommended it a lot to other petite people!

The arm rests do not go back far enough so if you recline at all, you cannot use them and they are not adjustable. There is also a sizeable space/crack in the lower back and you cannot use a support or lumbar pillow as it simply falls though the crack. The lumbar support in the back also does not stay, it keeps sliding down the back of the chair and you have to constantly readjust. It is not quite suitable for all day work and definitely not gaming. Its close but I'll be getting another chair soon and getting rid of this one. As other reviewers noted the back of the chair slides into the support for the bottom and it does not slide easily down all the way. I had to use considerable force pushing from the top of the back down into the chair to get most of the way and then was able to use the bottom screw to torque it down and pull the back of the chair down fully into place. This seems a bit excessive but live and learn. The chair feels comfortable and I like the lumbar support, though I am 6'3" and 214lbs. So if you are short this may be an issue (others noted removing the support all together). The chair does seem especially wide with the armrests being far apart. Because it is wide it may not be suitable if you need a smaller chair to tuck under a desk. Pros: Comfortable Great lower back support (if you are tall) Cost (cheaper than my premium name brand $800 office chair) Cons: Difficult to assemble Extra wide (seems appropriate if you are an especially wide person) ... show more

This is the most uncomfortable chair I've owned. Im 6'0" and 180 lbs. The seat is too shallow for me. Even with this large extra cushion it's still uncomfortable. The lumbar slider doesnt go nearly high enough and it doesnt lock in place (just falls over time). This chair just needs a lot more cushioning on the seat and a deeper seat as well. I had to buy a new one within months of purchase as this killed my back with routine use. ... show more

The chair has very good build quality. Nothing squeaks, it doesn't wobble, and the materials are all high quality. I highly recommend this chair, they clearly did not cheap out for any part of the chair. It's also comfortable to sit on and the back support is quite good. If I had to nitpick, I think the seat isn't that deep and the armrests could be better. I wouldn't recommend the chair if you're really tall, but it's really good otherwise. I purchased this chair a year and a half ago for work - I spend 10 to 12 hours per day at work so comfort is critical - I am on the heavy side @ 260 pounds and have had hip pain now that im in my 50's. Also being on the shorter side the seat is not too deep and has alleviated circulation issues form prolonged siting. the Chair has no visible wear to date - arm pads still look new - fabric seat and mesh back as well no visible wear or staining. So - I just bough one for my home office - it helped having already used this chair for a year and a half at work had no doubts about buying it for home use as well and would recommend this chair to anyone looking for affordable all day comfort. ... show more

I purchased the mesh back (no head rest) Clatina, and I really like it. For the price it has many great adjustments you can make to the seat, leaning back, and the arm rests. The seat is firmer than many chairs I've sat in, which is a plus for me. I found the lumbar support pushed into my back too much. And It was easy to remove so it's much better now.
