    • Perfect for short people!

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this since I was buying it without being able to sit in it. Lots of reviews were discouraging, but I’m so glad I bought it anyway. The box arrived rather beat up, but when I unpacked it, there was no damage; it was packed really well. It was also so easy to put together- I’m unsure why people mentioned having trouble. Maybe theirs arrived in many parts. Mine was basically 4 main parts. The back, the seat with the arms attached already, the headrest and the base. The headrest did not arrive separately like many people mentioned. I added the wheels and the part that raises and lowers the chair and put the screws in on the arms and it was assembled. So quick. I am not using the headrest because I’m short - 5’1 and don’t need it. I took the lumbar support off easily- it was not comfortable for me. And it’s done! Super easy. Very comfortable. The arms raise and lower and move from side to side. You can adjust how far back or forward the seat goes. You can adjust how far it leans back. My feet can touch the ground with my back against the back of the chair!! I bought a foot rest anyway to raise my feet off the ground. I used Gemini to help me know exactly how to adjust the chair based on my height and to avoid back pain. 100% recommend. ... show more

    • Work-appropriate ergonomic chair
Color: Grey-mesh Size: 1 pack-No headrest
After looking at many chairs in the sub-$300 range most have some glaring compromise. This one has the fewest I could find with a quality firm cushion and adjustable seat that doesn't feel like a plank of wood after sitting on it for 3 hours, adequate height adjustment, adjustable/removable lumbar support, 3D adjustable arm rests that move vertically and horizontally with a nice firm spongy material, a breathable mesh back, and 5 recline positions that still manage to keep me upright. This is definitely a "working chair", that keeps me focused, especially with the lumbar support in, and it doesn't feel at all like my ultra-plush lazy leather recliner meant for lounging, I am comfortably alert in this thing. It looks quite nice too. Highly recommended. ... show more

    • Very comfortable, reasonable rice
Color: Grey-mesh Size: 1 pack-No headrest
I read many reviews on this type of chair. After a couple months of searching for the right one, I chose this one. It was packaged very well and arrived without any sign of damage. The assembly was straight forward. As others noticed, one screw that was intended to attach the chair back to the frame was impossible to screw in. It is either a design flaw or a production error. Anyway, it does not infringe on the sturdiness of this chair. In fact, I really find this chair to be a great buy. It is quite comfortable. I am a Graphic Designer who spends most of the day on the computer. The available adjustments are nice. The seat cushioning is a little hard so I added a thin cushion to add to the comfort when sitting for extended hours. The chair leans back to a comfortable position that eases the discomfort of many seated hours. The overall construction is very good. The seat back is a little short even for an average-height person. It is not comfortable to lean back without a headrest... the chair did not come with a headrest so I did purchase one from this site. Now, tipping back is really nice. Overall, I think this is a good product for a decent price. There is a lot to like about this chair. ... show more

    • Awesome
Color: Grey-mesh Size: 1 pack-No headrest
Six weeks in with this chair. It is AWESOME. Bought this chair to replace "bonded leather" Lazy Boy, which was flaking off "leather" all over the place. Very sturdy, assembly was very simple. Took longer to unpack than to put together. Assembly takes about 15 minutes. Lower back support is unmatched. Seat back recline is nice and strong. Internal spring must be huge! Seat cushion slides forward and back for comfortable thigh support. Adjustable arm rests, up/down, side to side. Seat back mesh is good and tight, and very comfortable. The only con is the seat cushion is just a tad hard. But it's definitely not a deal breaker. This chair is worth every penny. Also purchased the heavy duty Clatina rubber wheels for my hardwood floors. They roll much better than the hard plastics that come with the chair, and offer much more protection for the floors. Get those too! If you are on the fence about this chair, get it. You won't be sorry. ... show more

    • Love chair; broken armrest, no replacement options
Color: Grey-mesh Size: 1 pack-No headrest
Review Image by Amazon Customer
I really like this chair. The problem is that one of the armrests broke after less than six months. I reached out to support via Amazon chat with the seller, as both of the email addresses available online (including their own website) bounced. Things you need to know: One, they do not sell replacement armrests, they suggest you buy an entire chair as a replacement; Two, they will offer you a discount on this replacement, which is $10 off of the chair, or a 5% discount; Three, due to the design of this chair, I have yet to find anything that will work to replace the original armrest; Finally, the armrest can be reinserted, but without the broken part it stays at the lowest setting and cannot go up (see picture). ... show more

    • Worth in comfort and support far more than it costs. Just buy it.
Color: Grey-mesh Size: 1 pack-No headrest
Update 3 years later: chair is still every bit as amazing as it was when new. My husband and 3 kids now have their own chair as they kept taking mine. When our whole department went remote as Covid-19 hit in March (PacNW), I spent the first 2 or 3 weeks working in a kitchen chair (ikea) pushed up to a spare collapsable table. My back started killing me, legs, neck and wrists were all achy. Unable to sleep with the stress of all the changes and all the unknown, I decided to pay pay a ridiculous amount of cash for a chair and desk that would be comfortable. Let me tell you that this is one of the best pieces of furniture that I have ever bought. Whatever is in the seat is supportive, comfortable, relaxing, stylish, and everything I needed at the desk. Lower back is supported. Seat pad is always comfortable. I added the Opptico wheels so the chair wouldn't make noise or damage the wooden floors. Now that I've had the chair for 4 months, I have zero regrets on the spendy price. Don't hesitate. Just buy the chair. ... show more

    • Comfortable and affordable, but some glaring quality control issues
Color: Grey-mesh Size: 1 pack-No headrest
Review Image by Victor
Bought this chair for the first time in September of 2022 and kept it until April 2026 when the base ended up cracked. Thought I'd purchase it again as it's both comfortable and affordable, but in less than 5 months the armrest snapped off after leaning on it and if you look at other reviews it seems a lot of other people are having the same issue. Great chair for the price but I don't think I'd risk purchasing this unless you don't mind an armrest that can only stay at the lowest position. ... show more

    • Sturdy but comfort?
Color: Grey-mesh Size: 1 pack-No headrest
It's sturdy and has held up well for several years. That being said, it is no where near the comfort of your average office chair.
