Had some issues with Delivery! But got the chair. Beautiful and comfortable. Had one once before as a gaming chair, same kind but bought it from walmart. I used to fall asleep in it all the time. Now i have it for work! One of the best chairs for the cheapest price you can get! If you want a more comfortable chair then this..... your looking at about 300 bucks. Which is next on my list! It comes with its own screws and washers. The manual is self explanatory however you do kinda gotta play the guessing game. It's pretty simple! match the screws up with the ones in diagram. It comes with an Alan wrench. Your hand might be a bit tired tho. I advise to tighten them with super lock tight or gorilla glue so they never come unloose. And gorilla glue the bolt covers on. Keep in mind if you use gorilla glue..... they will never come off. Lol. But as far as tighting it.... do not over tighten it. Tighten enough to where you have to put some pressure on it to turn it half way and stop. Another tip, it's a bit of a pain to set it up with one person. If you got an extra set of hands... use em. If not.... you might be their for a bit. Start with setting up base. Then put arms on seat. (Keep bolts loose but screwed in. You'll see why later when you tighten them down) Then attach back to arms and seat. (Now make sure bolts are in holes and tighten them down. But not at once! Do about 4 turns, move to another one. Then the other side. It's like tightening lug nuts on the wheel of a car. If you tighten one all the way down it will throw all the other bolts off and make it much more difficult to ease the bolts into the holes they go in) Then attach seat to base. Believe me. It's way easier if you do it like that instead of how the installation instructions say. After that, put the caps on the holes to cover the bolts. If you don't glue them, they will pop off ..... their not..... super good. But!!!! 1 or 2 drops of gorilla glue and you never have to worry about them popping off. (They seem like they go on their tight, but they don't stay on!)

Very nice and sturdy chair. Comfortable and supporting all the critical areas. It took maybe 20 minutes to assemble. The parts and tools were very organized making assembly time minimal.

3stars is generous but I have ocd, plus would have liked the chair if it came without issues . Chair arrived with aesthetic damage, a rip, poor stitching, and cracked cap… some scratches in the silver of the arm rests but that didn’t bother me, the seat however.. was a huge no. Some might be ok with that, but not me.. I have been pulling my hair to get some kind of acceptable solution, and great, after many emails without a resolution that inconveniences me more, I can just exchange it and ship it back, this giant chair that won’t fit in any box I have in the garage, and can’t be taken apart without further damage to it.. also the longer I have it, the more I notice that the off white, not white chair btw, is awful with color transfer, don’t wear jeans on it, or anything of color for that matter.. if I had read the reviews thoroughly, I would have seen literally every issue I have, is listed between many consumers. The chair itself is comfortable, if ur ok with possible nicks and tears and don’t plan on ever returning it because of them, then go for it.. just don’t get the off white. Me personally, when (if) I finally get this exchange, will be using a seat protector. Not a good experience for me. Seller agreed to send new cushions, but they are out of stock. I cancelled my replacement because of this agreement. Still awaiting new cushions, but now my window to return is closed Finally edit, not adding more stars. Unfortunately the replacement cushions arrived with a rip also, last pic is same type of rip on new cushion. Thr seller tried to make it right but I’m not dealing with this anymore. The chair is comfortable but material is terrible. Absorbs stains and apparently easily ripped since I can’t get one that isnt already. Stuck with a chair that’s ripped, what a waste of money and month long headache. Soooooo August 2024 UPDATE! My son wanted this exact chair because it really is so comfortable but got black instead of white, and black is AWESOME, no tears or damage or discoloration like the white version, I got a NeColorLife Office Chair Cover Large in black velvet just in case and it fits the chair great, didn’t need the cover like I did with the white chair but after such a bad experience with the white one I wanted to cover all my bases. Just assembled so I reserve the right to change this if it doesn't last. Feels sturdy and feels very supportive on my back. It is less deep than I would like, leaving a lot of room from its front to my knees. I am 5'11". The seat is too hard for my liking, but I will put some cushioning on it. It does not adjust height as much as typical but goes both higher and lower than I need. Assembly was easy and I was very pleased to see one extra of each bolt and washer. Didn't need them but always less stressful if you don't have to panic about losing one. The back was a bit difficult to get on, needing constant pressure while screwing the last 4 bolts. Looks great and professional.

This chair was very easy to put together. Good directions. It is sturdy enough for my 240 lb husband and is wide enough for him to sit comfortably. It has very sturdy legs and comfy armrests, a comfortable S-curved backrest with lumbar support, rolls easily and will be easy to keep clean.
