    • Great chair for gaming.
I enjoy PC gaming a lot and wanted a chair I could sit in for long periods of time without discomfort. I previously had a "gaming chair" and found it extremely uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I actually resorted to putting a memory foam pillow on the seat because my rear would start hurting after only a short period of time. This chair has good padding on the seat and back and supports my lower back pretty well. It even has a small leg rest, which isn't the most sturdy feeling, but works pretty well if I want to raise my legs for a while. The armrests have good padding as well and are comfortable to rest my arms on. There is never any plastic touching my body. The chair also looks very good (in my opinion). For reference, I bought the black model. I'm a 5'10" adult man that weighs about 145lbs and I fit comfortably in the chair with quite a bit of room to spare. I feel like a larger person could also fit quite comfortably in the chair, although I might be worried about the sturdiness of the foldout leg rest if I were significantly larger. A feature that I felt was ambiguous before purchasing was the ability of the back of the chair to lean backwards, so I'd like to mention that here. It can lean back VERY far, just like it shows in the pictures on the page. You can lock the chair in ANY angle leaning backward by pushing down a second lever next to the lever that adjusts the chair's height. It is very sturdy in this locked position and doesn't move forward or backward at all once locked. Be careful pushing down this lever because it likes to slam itself down as if its spring-loaded. Not a bad thing, but it surprised me the first time I tried it. I haven't tried the vibration feature yet because I'm not very interested in that and you have to plug the chair into a wall socket and I couldn't be bothered finding an open socket near my desk. I bought this earlier in the month and I absolutely love it, It was very budget friendly, the massage function isn't the strongest but it is definitely relaxing, and the heating function works great and is a perfect way to unwind after work and watch shows or play a few games in. The footrest is more than a bit unsteady and not mounted in a very sturdy fashion so I worry that it will be what breaks on the chair first. ... show more

My husband ordered me an office chair with excellent reviews for my birthday to help with my back pain, neck pain, and neuropathy. However, the first chair was crooked and had numerous defects. Despite disassembling and reassembling it several times, the problem persisted. The holes drilled into the seat and backrest were poorly done, making the armrests uneven, and the leg rest would slip out and hit the back of my knees whenever I sat down or stood up. When my husband contacted the seller, they demanded that we pay for the return shipping fee. So, we reached out to Amazon, who contacted the seller on our behalf. The next day, the seller offered to send us another chair, which we assembled. Unfortunately, this one was also defective. Unlike the previous chair, it did not allow me to put my feet flat on the floor, and I had to sit on the edge to do so. Additionally, I had to physically get up from the chair and go to the side to use the lever to adjust the height, which was a problem for me since I have neck and back issues and sit in my office chair for long hours while running my business. The previous chair was at least better in this regard, allowing me to sit with my back against the backrest and feet flat on the floor and use the back massager without any problems. Sadly, we had already disposed of the previous chair, so I cannot go back to using it. I refuse to pay the return shipping fee for a defective chair, and I will be contacting Amazon to dispute it if the seller insists on charging me a shipping fee to return it. Neither I nor my husband can easily take this chair to UPS to send it back, and I worry that I will be stuck with it, which might worsen my neuropathy and neck and back pain. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I regret buying this chair. I will never again purchase anything that is not offered through my Prime membership. It was disappointing to find out that the chair, which had excellent reviews, turned out to be defective. The first chair was a letdown, and my hopes were high when my husband told me that we would be getting a replacement. However, the second chair was also defective and did not meet the expectations set by the reviews. I feel that it is unfair to ask me to pay a return shipping fee for a product that is not as advertised. I cannot sit on the edge of the chair because it does not allow me to put my feet on the ground or sit with my back against the backrest. It was heartbreaking to receive a defective chair for my birthday, and I do not want to try another one of these chairs. Bought this item and it was quickly shipped to my house, putting it together took really no time since the instructions were very clear. I bought this for my gf to use in our office together and I must say that the extended leg support is a nice touch. She's in school and has fallen asleep in the chair when reclined so I must say that this is a very good chair. I think for the price of sub $200 this is a really good chair. Build quality and stitching of the chair is good as well so I know it'll last us a few years if we take care of it. ... show more

3.75 STARS For $200, this really isnt a bad deal. I'm 140 pounds and 5' 8". I don't love it but I am not going to take the time disassemble and return. Overall not a bad chair for the price but I will be getting something else and giving this to a co-worker. PROS: - Easy to put together with good instructions and tolls included - Pull out leg rest that hides when not in use - Massage is good and had 8 modes with intensity settings - Material is soft and stitching is a good quality - Sturdy lower construction CONS: - Heat is barely like warm - Upper construction lacks support when sitting upright in locked position, always feels like slightly leaning back - Not as comfortable or supportive as the amazon executive high back chair (but no massage, heat or leg rest) ... show more
