The chair is easy to put together, and seems quite sturdy. I chose fabric because I have cat, and their claws are not kind to faux leather and I believe this fabric will wear better. It's comfortable on first use, and the straps on the back chair make it easy to position the cushion perfectly. It has a good range of lean, and can be locked in place, and the height adjustment has a good range as well. It is comfortable to sit in, and I'm able to position myself comfortably for typing. I can already tell that the neck pillow is going to allow me to be comfortable for extended work periods. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, as the leg rest is cumbersome to use and ends up being more in the way when extended than useful, at least when the computer is used at a desk. I'm going to leave the leg rest folded under, and just use my stand alone footstool. It's rollability isn't as good as my previous chair, as well, though it may loosen up with use, but those are slight cons. ... show more

Unfortunately, the chair did not arrive with all the necessary parts to put it completely together. After speaking with the seller, we were able to get everything resolved and a new chair was sent so A+ for the customer service. The chair looks amazing however it could be better with its performance. The wheels do not roll very free, and you really have to scoot yourself when moving toward or away from your desk. The arms don't seem to be the sturdiest when pushing on them they seem to bow out fairly easily. Lastly, after a while it's not the most comfortable but also not uncomfortable. Overall, for the price it's a solid chair and I am satisfied with it. Probably would have left it with a 4-star review if it arrived with all the parts the first time. ... show more
