The chair is easy to put together, and seems quite sturdy. I chose fabric because I have cat, and their claws are not kind to faux leather and I believe this fabric will wear better. It's comfortable on first use, and the straps on the back chair make it easy to position the cushion perfectly. It has a good range of lean, and can be locked in place, and the height adjustment has a good range as well. It is comfortable to sit in, and I'm able to position myself comfortably for typing. I can already tell that the neck pillow is going to allow me to be comfortable for extended work periods. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, as the leg rest is cumbersome to use and ends up being more in the way when extended than useful, at least when the computer is used at a desk. I'm going to leave the leg rest folded under, and just use my stand alone footstool. It's rollability isn't as good as my previous chair, as well, though it may loosen up with use, but those are slight cons.

It is very comfortable and I am able to sit many hours. Well designed, reclining. Easy to assemble. Easy to move around. Light weight but strong. Fabric is very durable soft quality material. I was a bit worried about color to be very dark but it is not as dark as seen in picture. Very nice cool blue and light grey. I love the color and the design. Very happy with this choice.

It says supports up to 400 pounds but if your bigger your barely able to fit in the chair it's uncomfortable and like everybody said the arms on the chair suck it keeps falling off because the screws don't fit right and they just don't sit right to short. And it's a hassle to send back somebody you already assembled.

My son was so excited to get his new chair! The fabric is so much more comfortable than his old vinyl one. It wasn’t too bad to assemble at all. All the tools you need are included and they even include extra bolts in case you lose one. The build quality is quite good and it looks just like the pictures. The adjustments work great and the extra pillows add great back support. Overall, it is definitely great for the price.

My beautiful chair arrived today and I’m sitting in it while I write. I’m an 84 year old lady and I assembled it without help. You can too. Instructions are clear except for one step and common sense gave me the answer. The assembly tool from the manufacturer was the best I’ve ever gotten with a product. Delivery was only one day later than expected. The chair is quite heavy so I expect it to give good service with considerate use.

I just put this chair together today (6/9/25). Putting it together was easy except the black piece that connects the back to the seat. There should of been words in the instructions on how to assemble that part. The arms of the chair arm dig into my thighs. That's a me problem not the chair. LOL. Once I lose some weight the arms of the chair won't be an issue. So if you have thick thighs and wide hips, this chair isn't for you. I have a curve in my lower back, so the pillow that came with the chair doesn't work for me. I will have to get a different one. The neck pillow is fine. I just have to adjust it if I lean back. So far it's sturdy and the rolling is very smooth. The size is good and worth the money. I would recommend this chair over the $40 chair I just got rid of.
