We love this bentgo box in our house. As a mom, I love it that there is a built in ice-pack that is removable. No more leaky lunchboxs from defrosted ice packs, and no more emailing the childrens' teachers for lost ice-packs. I can use these lunch boxes during summer camps, and use them without ice-packs during the cooler months. The compartments are perfect portions for my kids. This is also leak-proof. Every part is washable. Great customer service! One of my child's lunchbox insert (the tray that food goes into) got slightly warped (not sure how it got warped as I wash all bentgo things on the top rack in the dishwasher), so I called their number and they sent a replacement. ******please do NOT put any parts on the bottom rack. Parts will warp****** As a pre-k teacher, I have seen many bentgo boxes in my class. Parts will warp if washed on the bottom rack on the dishwasher. If parts warp, kids will have a difficult time opening and closing. Parts of their lunch will end up on the floor when closed improperly.

I ordered one for myself and one for my husband. They look nice and have a good sturdy feel to them. I wouldn't call them completely leak proof but considering you're not putting things in their own containers with their own lids, they do a pretty good job. The only thing so far that I have a little issue with is I was under the impression that I was ordering two NEW boxes and one was very clearly a returned item. It arrived in just a clear bag. No box or clear film on the inside like the other one. There are a few small scuff makes on the bottom. It will be used by us, but as I paid $30 for each of these it would have been nice to get both new or one at a lower price.

This lunchbox is easy for my 2 year old son to use. The portion sizes are great (I love that you can even fit an apple sauce pouch in one of the compartments), so it’s easy to pack an appropriate lunch for a toddler. It’s definitely leak proof, and the only time it comes home sticky is when he doesn’t close it back up all the way. The only con I have to share is that I’ve purchased this lunch box twice (a year-ish apart) and both have grown black mold on the inside rubber of the top. I immediately unpack the lunch once my son gets home from daycare, hand wash the case as suggested, and it’s still grown black mold each time. Customer service has been incredibly helpful and sent me a replacement for both once I called in.

We brought this lunch box on vacation for my 2 year old’s food at the beach. It was great! Lots of room, easy to clean and store, and we got lots of comments from the family wishing they had one. The ice pack is a little clunky, we didn’t need it, but I can see how it would come in handy if you pack the food way in advance. Worth it!

This is the perfect size for my kindergartner to take lunch to school. His food stays cold until his 12:55pm (so late!) lunchtime. He has no trouble opening and closing the container and it fits perfectly in his bentgo lunchbag. We've been using it for over a year without any spills. Highly recommend.

Definitely easy to clean and keeps my kid’s food cold all day. I pack her fresh fruit and veggies and so far no juice from the fruit has leaked into the backpack. It’s very durable! She’s been using it for 5 months now and it still looks new with no issue closing or opening. My kid is 3 years old and it’s a little on the heavy side for her backpack but it does the job well and I will buy more another one so I don’t have to wash the same one everyday. Also her preK teacher loves the lunch box too and ordered one for herself.

Decent portion sizes. Sturdy and easy to open but the clasp stopped working very soon. Opens on its own after 5 uses. I think it’s a fluke because we bought two and the second one is still great.
