I have had this chair for 3 months. The gas cylinder periodically fails to support the chair height and the seat lowers on its own. There is no listed method to contact the seller for a replacement part. I do not recommend purchasing it. Update. The company did reach out to me and sent a new gas lift. Unfortunately the 2nd cylinder suffers the same problem. I have raised my review from 1 to 2 stars based on their product support. They still need a contact method on their web site. ... show more

i sat in this chair for six hours while i played skyrim. i’d say it’s comfy! very easy to assemble. it genuinely is not difficult to understand the directions and put it together. a caveman could do it.

Very disappointed with this product. The Chair looked awesome and very comfortable but it was missing hardware and when we called in, we were asked to either take partial refund and go find hardware ourselves OR pack up the whole chair and send it back. Absolutely frustrated by the inconvenience.
