I only dropped one star from the rating for the side arm mounts - they wobble. I keep thinking they need tightening, but the bolts are tight. It just has a bit more wobble than expected. I bought this chair in April and it’s been nothing but problems. Within 2 months, the backrest stopped supporting me—if I leaned back, it just collapsed into a full recline on its own. By month 5, the entire base snapped and I fell to the floor. The chair has been uncomfortable from day one, feeling more like sitting on a cardboard box than a padded seat. Poor design, unsafe construction, and absolutely not worth the money. I do not recommend this product and will not buy from this brand again. ... show more
