Description

Keep your eyes on the road and your CB mic handy. Secure it with the mic-bak ratcheting CB mic tether. Never drop your mic on the floor again and eliminate the sloppy swing of bungie cords, or the need to re-hang the mic on its holster. The Built-in ratchet-it lock system locks the reel at the desired length for maximum safety and convenience. A second pull releases the reel and retracts the CB mic back to a safe driving position.

I use Key-bak products for several applications: one at work as an ID badge tether, and this one as a GPS leash for my Garmin GPS Maps 65. I wish it were a bit smaller, but I feel much better having expensive tech secured. the mechanism sometimes gets blocked during retraction, often requires multiple attempts to retract the entire cord

It is a key ring retractor, not for cb mics. When you pull it out, it stays out until you pull it again to retract it. Definitely not what was advertised.
